The servers are always so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and my food always arrives without a long wait. I think the chefs are over cooking the pancakes but aside from that I love everything about this ihop.

I ordered carry out 8/20:25, called to place order and the person transferred me to the cook after ordering 2 Chicken Temder and Fries!
I place my order ; get home and the tenders must been alive baby chickens because they were fried hard as hell!
I contacted IHOP; ask for a manager ( Jesus) states he’s the manager! I advise that my food was horrible his response was he doesn’t know how he can help me!!! Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD! I’ve ordered here several times and NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS with the food or service!

IHOPs chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, have always been my favorite and they never fail to please. Our waitress was very good and checked on us frequently. Except for the air conditioning being really cold, and one must know that I am a very hot-blooded person, everything was great.
