I had high hopes for Italian Sensation after seeing the pictures on the menu, but sadly, my experience was far from the authentic Italian dining I was expecting. Having lived in Italy for three years, I know my Italian food, and this place missed the mark completely.
I ordered the 16” Meat Lovers Pizza, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo wings. The pizza was the biggest letdown—it tasted like something you’d find in the frozen section of a grocery store, not the fresh, flavorful pizza I’ve enjoyed in Italy. Honestly, I didn’t even finish it. The mozzarella sticks were just average, with a flavor that could easily be found at any typical bar or chain restaurant. As for the buffalo wings, they were mostly breading with barely any meat, and they were way too salty—unpleasantly so. The salt was the only thing that stood out in the taste, which isn't a good thing.
It’s really disappointing to say, but even some of the bigger, well-known pizza chains serve better food than this place. Overall, I was extremely let down by the entire meal, and it’s highly unlikely I’ll be returning. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Says they do delivery but they don’t.
I've been going here ever since it opened in the early 2000s. It has always been very consistent and the food is always of the best quality.

A nice place in a Bel Air shopping plaza, fetachini Alfredo was very good, served hot, with a slice of bread, drinks were self serve, no problem, a very good house salad, house dressing was amazing, needed a little bit more. Restaurant was clean, seat yourself. I will be back.

This place is a ten minute walk from my apartment and it has become a go to place for me when I am hungry. I always order online and when I go to pick it up it is ready. The person working the front counter is always courteous and is able to get my order quickly. I have ordered from them around 15 times in the last 3 months, every order has been exactly correct. The quality is fantastic, I prefer the Focacia burger they do over a standard Five Guys burger. The prices are reasonable for the quality. This is now one of my top choices when I decide I don't feel like cooking.
Vegetarian options: If you order online you can modify everything, so if you see something you want and want to remove the meat you can. They also have a selection of dishes that work for vegetarians. There is a selection of salads can have meat on them or not. There are a number of pasta dishes that you don't have to get the meat on top. They serve pizza which you can always make your own with the toppings you prefer. They even have subs and sandwiches that do not have meat. There are a variety of options that someone who is vegetarian can try multiple things and not be restricted to a single salad type dish.

Pizza was very bland but we ate it because we were hungry and the kids will finish whatever is left. Shrimp basket was edible but it was right on the verge of being very overdone because shrimp were a darker brown in color. And finally ......the cheesesteak......without a doubt thee worst cheesesteak I've ever even takin a bite of. The role was garbage....the Lil bit of steak that was on it was tasteless garbage....and the pepper and onions absolutely overpowered everything. You literally had to open the sub roll and look for steak. ? $58.24 worth of disappointment. Took one bite of that sub and I literally was grossed out. Water and grease ran out the sides of the roll like a waterfall. Never once did the girl who brought the food or anyone else come out to ask how anything was.....because they didn't care. So when she came out with the last thing I told her then to just take the sub with her that it was absolutely disgusting.....and she didn't care.....if you don't care and the owners and employees don't care.....just close up already because it will eventually put u out of business anyway.....then somebody who does care about doing a good job can move in and you will all be just another number and another failure. I look forward to trying whoever takes your place and I will gladly spend my money on people who make things right and who care.

Coming from someone who used to live close to NYC I ate here and was left sad and out way more money than I should’ve been. Overpriced meh food, if you only grew up eating this maybe it isn’t bad but this is worse than the cheapest places in my hometown and twice the price. Zero issues with service, just the food
