Can’t go wrong with JD’s it’s a no-frills kind of place but with that it’s also the best, if I dare say BBQ in the area. Been there a million times. Food and servers are always great get there early if you don’t want the live music screwing up your very romantic conversation at the bar.

One of my favorite places in Bel Air. They’ve got a good rotating draft selection and is pretty low key. Better than a lot of the other bars in town.

Fantastic food. I always get the pork and Mac jar, but they’ve got good burgers to.

Got bored and made a graphic while I was there last, showcasing my favorite menu item ?

Love the food. Love the staff. Love music bingo.

First time trying this place for a quick lunch. Food was good value and quality for the price. I was expecting the burger to be bigger (it says 1/2 lb). The brisket was a bit chewy. Fries were excellent and crispy, but pass on the slaw. Would like to go back and try other meat products! ?

Food is good, but the specials are a step above. I loved the sloppy Joe with chunks if steak instead of ground beef.

This place truly has the best BBQ in Maryland. My son got the Are you Ready For This Burger and was literally almost in tears with happiness. He said Dad, this is the best burger I have ever had in my life. My other son ordered the Buffalo wings and was just as pleased. When other customers walked in he said these people’s life is about to be changed. Definitely recommend!

Stopped by this spot a handful of times for with a few guys from work. Every time except one time was the servers rude. The younger smaller server was the only one that didn't have a attitude. The guy who is a server/bartender was completely unprofessional.he was waiting on our table, I asked if he could put the baseball game on, he said " that is the last thing I'm worried about doing right now" and walked away. Every one of us have worked at a restaurant, served and were in management. And never have heard or seen someone say that to a customer. It genuinely seemed like because we didnt order alcohol that they had a attitude. Based off how they treated the people around us who did.We will not be returning.

Our first time visiting, and food was less than subpar. I ordered the pit beef Reubens. The bread was very lightly grilled/toasted, but part of the edges had a slightly burnt taste. My husband got an American burger. Not impressed. The main thing that greatly disturbed me is a song they had playing with these lyrics "Don't pray for me, I don't need the blood of Jesus". Very brazen and quite frankly, evil. Needless to say, we won't go back.

This spot is casual, well priced, and DELICIOUS. Staff- especially servers and bartenders- are always incredibly kind and welcoming. A great spot for a low stakes, easy date night. Dive bar vibes for days (in the best way).
The nachos are a must try- the serving size is huge. Easily a full meal (with leftovers) for a couple and a great appetizer for a group.
The burnt ends, pulled pork, and chicken salad are delectable. The green beans!
You wouldn’t think that the “healthy” side at a BBQ joint would be any good- but good lord! I will pick the greens beans over the fries any day.
The mixed drinks are dangerous- heavy pours in pint glasses is the standard- ask for a half size if you prefer to have a slower roll.
Always happy to visit :)

Parking: Right across the road from HCCC

Kid-friendliness: Not geared towards kids, but this spot is open to families with kids of all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot right in front. Front walkway to the front door is ground level (no curbs). No high threshold or steps to enter. Dining room is a bit tight, as is the corridors to the restrooms

Not impressed at all! My food was most definitely overcooked and DRY! Brisket was DRY and well done. Burnt ends lacked flavor and were overcooked. Highly disappointed!

The food was excellent, especially loved the pretzel bun and corn bread. Service was also great and food came out quick. Would highly recommend!
