I had a vegetarian sub from Jersey Mike's from the Bel Air location. It was pretty average as far as the vegetarian toppings are concerned. The sub was delicious with the thinly sliced cheese and other veggies but I've had better!

The sofa option shows a regular Pepsi and doesn’t have an option for diet. I’m thinking I’m going to get a regular cause of the bottle. I was sent a diet..

Terrible customer service. If you want a “fresh” sandwich and decent customer service, you’re better off going to one of the many other options in bel air. Spend your money elsewhere.

There are many sub and sandwich shops around. Jersey Mike’s sets itself apart from the pack. There is something special about watching your meats & cheeses bring sliced before your eyes. The resulting taste is above the ordinary. While we were there this Jersey Mike’s was doing a fund raiser for The Hope Center of Maryland. Good food, friendly staff and supportive of community charities makes this deli a winner. We will be back!
Where’s the beef??? Take a look at this! What the heck!! I ordered a #6 Roast beef & Provolone. Can someone please tell me how this is acceptable. I will NEVER order from this @jerseymikes again!!!! Talk about ripping your customers off!

Kinda disappointed in the service here. My friend and I have ordered Jersey Mike’s on Door Dash once before and we loved it. I was in the area so I decided to pick us up an order on my way to her house. I specified this was my first time ordering in store, and while the staff was kind, my friend’s order was wrong.
Since I hadn’t been inside to order before, I started reading the order off and was told that she wouldn’t remember all of that and to tell the employee at the other end of the counter. After realizing it’s the subway/chipotle way of ordering, I ordered what I wanted and moved to the other end of the counter.
Once I got to the other end of the counter I specified my friend wanted the Italian sub Mike’s way, with mayo, banana peppers, and light mustard. Me being unaware of what “mike’s way” is, I couldn’t have known that it was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and spices. But I was sure to ask again once I reached the end of the counter. A miscommunication for sure, could’ve been misheard. But with me specifying it was my first time ordering in store I feel the employees could’ve been more attentive.
My buffalo chicken sub tasted good. I was a little confused as to why it didn’t come cut in half when the other sub did.
I guess we’ll all take this as more of a learning experience if we decide to try to order in person again.
First time eating here. Subs were delicious! We will return!
