The best Mexican food in Bel Air, period. Fast service. Food always comes out hot and fresh. There isint a thing on the menu that isint worth a try. Great lunch prices too. Lunch time is usually quiet. Dinner can have more of a wait but its never long.

Not impressed. We were seated right away, but had to wait a bit for the waiter. The food took longer than I expected to get to us and it lacked flavor, in my opinion. I do live in Texas, though, so I may be basing my review on a certain level of bias. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.

Got takeout from here a while back - the food was amazing and having been deprived of reasonably priced but yummy food back in Toronto - La Tolteca lived up to the mark! Plenty of options for vegetarians - tried the Chile Relleno and the Fajitas. Hope to be back.

La Tolteca isn't the best Mexican food in Maryland. But it's the most authentic. That's important to me. Because when I'm eating a chimichanga, I want to know that I'm eating the exact same chimichanga that the cartel eats. It gives me that Braking Bad Mexican Sicario energy. Love it
