First of all, my carry out order did not process in your system. More importantly, the pepperoni pizza was terrible. I have had Ledo thin crust in the past...but this location was terrible!! I wanted to follow up with - the worst pizza I have EVER had in Bel Air. Run don't walk in regards to your next pizza choice. I was always advised that Ledo pizzas were good. They have been NOT this location. TERRIBLE PIZZA !!!!!!!!@!!

June 2024Good news, bad news. Bad news is I forgot to take pictures of the actual food. ??♀️Good news is I took photos of the restaurant. We went back for another soccer party today. ⚽Overall I give Ledo Pizza 4.9 out of 5. Read below for more details. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Food:It's square pizza ? with middle pieces (no crust) and edges/corners with crust. The large fills up 2 cafeteria trays. We ordered 3 larges (for 13 kids and a handful of adults) and had some leftover. I think the pizza tastes good, and it also tastes good reheated in an air fryer. Taste is subjective! 2 of the kids didn't like it, and one said the sauce was sweet. It did taste a little sweet but I think this is just how their pizza is. Everyone devoured the french fries ? (we ordered them plain for the kids). The takeout paper cups (with lids) and dine-in plastic cups are still very large, and I wish they had smaller takeout cups for kids. No juice boxes today. Just fountain soda/tea/lemonade/limeade and bottled soda or water in the frig. Everything came out hot. I personally think the food is good, 4.8 of 5.Service:Both times the manager, Bobby, was there and provided amazing service. I told him I was surprised at the low ratings. He said there used to be some students there that didn't have great customer service but since he moved to this location, they are doing better with service. Please consider giving them another chance if you had a bad experience. He was very helpful and kind when working with us during the party. We even spilled a drink, and he wasn't upset at all. Again, I think the cups are too big to hold, even for adults, but this is my personal opinion. Service has consistently been a 5 out of 5.Atmosphere:The restaurant is very clean, and you can tell from the photos I took. ✨That is how the restaurant looked when I came back from the golf/arcade and took pics. It's also how it looked when I arrived for lunch. Clean! There is a TV inside. We had requested sports to be played during our party since others weren't there yet. The takeout boxes are Orioles, and I think it's a cute design. 5 out of 5 for cleanliness and atmosphere.May 2024Short review to be updated later. Had a great kids' soccer party here months ago. Me and a friend went out for Galentine’s Day and we got an 8 inch cheese pizza with fries, the man at the front was so nice, he gave us free mozzarella sticks! Very good job! :)

Ordered 14" cheese pizza ahead of time for pickup. When hub got there they said order didnt come thru and kept asking for the name of who ordered. Moments passed all along it was on the counter. We have cold pizza with the sides lacking cheese.

My family and I would go here at least once a week because we love the pizza and atmosphere at until recently. They have hired a new girl who has some behavioral health problems. Before I even ordered she asked if I was tipping. We always look out for servers because you should and besides my wife works as a bartender. She was so rude and confrontational to me and everyone who came in. I even noticed her and another customer get into a verbal argument with language that shouldn't be used around children. I will be going to the Aberdeen location for now on its a real shame we enjoyed going to this location because of the atmosphere and the staff. I know it's hard to find help but WOW. I think it's going to be hard to find customers with her working there.
