Its always hot in there which i know is uncontrollable when you let the entire harford county into the building at once. Bartenders are good. Drinks are fairly priced for being a popular bar. Smells terrible in there though, like puke and sweat. Also this is extremely gross but i did see a roach crawl up the wall one night. Its very dirty in there and sticky, i always feel like i need a shower right when i leave. Great saint patricks day celebration 10/10 for that.

The bartender man literally made two Malibu and pineapple drinks. one ended up being clear and foggy (should've known). One of the drinks ended up being spiked , take your business elsewhere!

The yard bird wings are my favorite wings in Bel Air. We come here for brunch often and that menu is always good as well. They have a nice beer list and plenty of seating. Never had a bad experience at Looneys

The menu has been severely scaled back. The pot pie, chicken and waffles, chips/pretzel dip sampler all gone. The salmon BLT is on a bun now, the burgers are different. The Cajun chicken pasta isnt the same and the side salad that went with has been axed. Fried pickles are different and not good. Very few entrees to choose from. Used to go often esp in the summer, but doubt we will be back unless the menu is changed back.

Music and drinks were great. Food was not great, typical fried stuff. Very dirty and grimey.

Went there last night and was very disappointed with the food. The place is supposed to be Irish but they don't know how to make a real fish and chips. I have been to Great Britain to know how it is prepared. It was also very overcooked. Even my girlfriend's food was a bit burnt. We also ordered French onion soup. That was very peppery. I have had French onion soup before and it didn't taste like it should. I think the cook needs cooking lessons.

NY Reuben was EXCELLENT. Service was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was a little loud. Parking limited. Nice Bourbon selection. Overall very good, will definitely return.

Bartenders are actually pretty good, execpt one female bartender with a brunette, messy bun. It was my friend’s birthday and I bought rounds for everyone- I did not drink. Asked one of the other party members to close out my tab. They told her they did not have a card under that name. Went up to the bar and tried to catch one bartender’s attention- he ignored me.I was irritated at the wait, asked the lady bartender to close out my tab. She said, “RELAX” then threw my receipt and pen at me…Other than that the experience had been great.

Good place with a wide menu, great service, and live music! Food was decent. Parking is a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. Pro-tip: you can park at the nearby high school and walk over.
