I've never had a bad experience at the tower.. some items may not be as u want. But if you're not satisfied just come back and they will make it again to satisfy a customer. . Thats why they are a great restaurant..
Paid Brunch, music was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Mix up with flyer said bottomless Mimosa's, but that did not happen. Good atmosphere would definitely go to Main Street Tower again for different events. Only gave a 4 for service because they should have had more for a crowd that large. It was very difficult to get multiple drinks for our table of 4.
Maybe it was just a busy night, but I would not go again.
My party called ahead to check for a wait. The woman who answered the phone huffed and said she would check. We waited 5 minutes on the phone with no response and then the woman hung it up. We had to call back to get an answer.
Our waitress was very nice, but would only bring us food or drinks if we specifically asked her as she passed. She didn’t ask a question to the whole table....
