This place has terrible service. Food is average at best.
Something happened cause this use to be a really good pizza option. Why did I just pay 18.99 for a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of basil that was called a margarita pizza? Why 6.59 for two very small bland meatballs? There’s other options out there and not that I won’t return at some point but I’m disappointed.

I am amazed on everything. The best pizza I had in Maryland. Reminded me of a traditional pizza place on Long Island NY.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly.

Need to edit this. I usually love Margheritas Pizza. Not so tonight. Ordered delivery. Took over an hour to get to my house. Food was cold and pizza over cooked. Very disappointed.

Their food is good. They still get my recommendation as a whole. Service is typically good. But when I’m waiting for three minutes while it’s not busy for one cashier to finish a phone call it’s not exactly a good idea to take a customer that just walked in before me, being second cashier. It’s just me and one other customer..and I was here first. I’m sure it is one of his first jobs, I’ve worked in food, it’s not easy. This is common sense though. But you can’t do that and expect me to return to that location. I guess the original Perry Hall location will be my only stop moving forward, never had an issue there. Just far out of my way, so less $ from one customer moving forward.
Great restaurant, with delicious food. The Spaghetti Pizza is amazingly delicious!

I've been happy with the food for the past 6 years. However, the last 2 times (Aug & Sept '24) I got Calamari appetizer it's been unacceptable; rubbery and chewy. The breading does Not look over-cooked, so I don't know why the issue.

Have gone there for 2 years since moving to Bel Air. Always order linguine/white clam in the order. Went to store, asked for DOUBLE clams, happy to pay for it. Got home, single order of clams, a bit annoyed, but thought I would mention it next visit. Next visit, shared what had happened, asked for DOUBLE clams on this order. Assumed I wouldn't be charged, but NOPE, was told I would have to pay for the extra clams - AGAIN. Had a big carry out order which I then cancelled. Gave my card to person who was waiting on me, asked her to have the owner call me. 3 weeks later, no call. Will never go back. They lost a customer right then over a stupid clam order, and forever. No way to treat a customer - their mistake. Will now share this experience.

Yes, the pizza is good. We go here for the breads, & the pastas. The specials of the day are pricey but worth it for all the seafood. The Bolognese is creamy mild & filled with lightly ground beef.
Pizza wasn’t great and their customer service was awful. We ended up throwing on whole pizza away.
We called at 11am to order 6 pizzas for a party at a play place to be delivered at 3:15pm. If you’ve ever had a kids party at a play place you have 30 minutes in the party room to eat food, snacks, and cake before you’re kicked out. Called at 3:17pm from the party and the “manager” on duty says the delivery person left and should be there soon. I explained I ordered this well in advance to ensure they would be on time as we only have 30 minutes in the room. The kid says shes sorry and nothing she can do about it besides to say she’s sorry. And that they got busy… but if I ordered well in advance for a specific time would my $100 pizza only ? order not be made priority to ensure it’s delivered on time? They shouldn’t have agreed to provide a timely service if they weren’t able to meet their agreement.
Keep in mind this place is 1.4 miles away which is 5 minutes away… I had to ask her to contact the delivery driver and was told 2 minutes at 3:19pm. Well they didn’t show up until 3:30pm. Normally I wouldn’t care but we just had 15 minutes of our time wasted because they said they would deliver at 3:15pm knowing it was for a party at a party place.
I use to drive 35 minutes to go eat there but never again.

I paid $9.47 for this?! I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. It’s the size of a kids meal. Any competitors meal would easily been the same price and twice the amount. I have to say though, my husbands Pizza was yummy.
