The first time I came here, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The store was clean and smelled fresh. But the second time, it was horrible and nasty in the store. The food was cold and not very satisfying.

People didn't seem to want to work the counter 😕. Guy that came in behind us was very vocal about them not wanting to work the counter. But food came up quickly and was hot and ready.

Recently renovated and looks nice! Service can be bad sometimes but recently made a 3rd window to help combat that.

Staff was friendly and quick, the Big Mac’s bottom bun was a little stale, fries were good. Bathroom was clean but smelled really bad. Restaurant was generally clean.

Assuming the manager, Tiffany, was awesome. Accidentally overpaid (it was my fault) without the app, she did everything she could to give me things pro bono. To make up the $4 difference, I was fine with a small fry but she Snuck a nugget in there despite me saying it’s no big deal. Nice surprise after a long bike ride there! She goes above and beyond, keep an eye on her! She is a bundle of energy, a natural leader, someone who deserves to advance.

The bad stars are after the remodel. The franchise owner is clearly taking McDonald’s lead to make the customer order their own food. They have a SINGLE register at the front, that’s just messed up. Cutting corners. These people already get paid the bare minimum, hope the employees get raises with the extra work. I refuse to use a kiosk. The food wasn’t bad but forcing customers to use a kiosk or their phone is just bad business, clearly the recent negative reviews prove that

We do not eat fast food normally. But I've gone to this McDonald's twice out of convenience. Both times were disappointing. They forgot my sauce both times. I asked for no ice, and they gave me a half empty cup. Service was bad. But I figured this is just McDonalds so...

Slowest fast food around at 6-7am, I was told I had to use the kiosk, and after explaining I can't because I'd like a bacon egg and cheese on a muffin, the look I got said enough, even the older guy behind me said he never had to do that but did this time seeing what I was going through and he didn't enjoy it very much
