I went here yesterday around 8 PM with my two sisters and our experience was horrible. We went through the drive through and I wanted to use a code I got from using rewards on the McDonald’s app, when I was in the drive through, it sounded like arguing, almost like they were bickering in the mic. It seemed like a group of young boys. I took my order and it seemed like they were extremely confused during the whole thing/acting like they were not listening at all. I used my code and proceeded on paying. When we got to the second window, we heard extremely loud and vulgar music, it didn’t seem like they were working, just messing around. They ignored me and my sisters car until we had to yell through the window to finally get their attention. When we got our food, we noticed that they forgot my quarter pounder, the guy had used my reward but forgot to put it on the order. Then they proceeded to make me pay for the quarter pounder, even though I did have a reward for it. I just decided to pay for it thinking they were just “high” and so I could just go on with my day. They told me to pull up at the front so we can wait. We waited for about 20 minutes before they came out with a cheeseburger, not even a quarter pounder. I decided to just take the cheeseburger and head home. I was extremely disappointed with the staff and they should be retrained.

It’s hit or miss with this location. Sometimes orders are spot on others, half is wrong, it happens, I get it. But to get someone’s attention to correct the order is nearly impossible. Totally oblivious to their surroundings. Also, they need to get their plumbing checked because there are times it smells like straight sewage inside

This was the dirtiest McDonald's, I have ever been to. It smelled like poop/rotten eggs. Drinks, food smeared on the tables, food on the floors. Wet napkins all over the drink area. You can't get water out of the drink fountain.
Kid-friendliness: It was too dirty to let my toddler play.

***UPDATE*** Called the store and made them aware and went back and they replaced my order**** The entire drive thru order was wrong... I ordered a double cheeseburger, a medium #7 (2 cheeseburgers, fries and coke), a strawberry pie, 6 piece nuggets, and an additional medium fry, I got a bacon quarter pounder (specially made plain with cheese), 2 cheeseburgers plain only ketchup and mayo, 2 large fries. COMPLETELY different order... DO BETTER MCDONALDS!!!

After ordering our meals, we got our drinks and we were told to pull in to spot 2. We sat there for 20 minutes before my husband decided to go in, found out they threw away our food because it sat for too long. So everything had to be remade. Then my husband had to send them back AGAIN bc they didn't add our previous accommodations. (Extra cheese on one and no onions on the other) they gave us an extra fry to help remedy the situation. Very disappointed.

We went through the drive through last night at 8:04 on a Friday night. We were able to order quickly but waited in line for 15 minutes. The cashier looked like they were on drugs or hated being there. Our order for our drinks were wrong. However, the French fries were perfect and the rest of the food held the standards of McDonald’s.

My double cheeseburger was cold. Like had been sitting for a while. As for a remake, it's like someone just slammed the sandwich together. Nothing was on top cheese was hanging off.
