A little while ago when they had the chicken Big Mac I ordered it from this location and the receipt on the bag clearly said chicken Big Mac and when I went to go eat it I opened it up and boom there was just a normal Big

The Churchville McDonalds is the worst in the county! You have to be careful they give back the correct amount of money! They mess up orders given many times, argue with you even when it’s their mistake! I have written positive messages for other McDonalds this is my first complaint! But this is after 5 episodes of terrible service, cold food, management that is terrible and staff that does not care about the customers! I refuse to go to this McDonalds anymore! Burger King is just as close

This is the second time they've served us raw burgers. Manager seemed unbothered by this issue and refused to refund. They also forget something every time we go through the drive through. Avoid this location, management is poor.
