Very rude service. No greeting customers, talking to each other or on their phones, ignoring customers, getting orders wrong including ours because they aren't listening. Rude answers to inquiries. I could go on. We should have walked out, our mistake. Won't be back.

We are visiting from NYC. This place was recommended to us by the host of our Airbnb. We are a family of 8. The food is really yummy. The combos are delicious and satisfying enough that we had some leftovers for breakfast the next day. The donuts are amazing!!!! The most delicious, fluffy and tasty donuts. We bought a dozen and took them home with us. I wish we had bought more. The staff were also really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They brought us an extra chair to sit. And they gave my 18 month old a book to calm him down and a donut hole as a treat. They were asking us about our stay there and gave us some insight into the places we had planned to visit. If we are ever in Bel Air, we will definitely be back!

Parking: We went on a Friday morning and found a parking spot right in front of the place.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of yummy things for children to choose from. The holiday donut was shaped like a snowman.

The staff is always so nice and friendly, the pastries are always fresh and delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are so good and the coffee is freshly brewed and delicious.

Delicious donuts, little pricy, but every bite will tickle your tongue with delight. So it's worth the cost.

So, I've been a regular of Newberry since moving to the area around 4 years ago. I wanna start off by saying that I love the employees and their inclusiveness and patience with my son, letting him choose his treats and picking the "exact" treat he wanted, haha. However, while the donuts are awesome and I love that they're literally one of the 3 places that carry donut holes for my son, this time (21DEC) something was different about the donuts. The Homer was thick and chewy, the red velvet had literal canned butter cream frosting instead of cream cheese frosting, and all tasted like a grocery store donut. It was so strange as I'd never experienced this change in quality before! I'll still come back as it's a favorite and the prices are awesome; I was just very surprised at the quality difference this time

Kid-friendliness: Amazing and I love the employees!

As someone with a nut allergy, finding places to eat and have donuts as well as a place I comfortably can have coffee is next to impossible. This morning I decided to try Newberry and I can’t say good enough things. The staff is knowledgeable about nut allergies and confirmed they are a nut free facility. My 5 year old brother also has nut allergies and has never had donuts like these. You guys are incredible and the donuts and coffee are to die for!! I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you for being allergy friendly🩷

Stopped in for coffee and ended up getting a cupcake while there. First, cupcake was really good, moist with a lot of frosting that was not sickly sweet. Good taste in every bite. The coffee was terrible. Cold brew tasted like water with coffee color and no coffee flavor. Wife's latte had small coffee flavor, again not a strong taste. The added flavor was light ,just as asked. As avid coffee drinkers,we look always look for new places. Can't recommend the coffee, but cupcake's definitely.
