I love the menu and spend most of my lunch breaks here. However, the staff is very loud and one in particular likes to tell stories at the top of her lungs. I really would like to enjoy my lunch break but I spend the only 30 mins of downtime I have listening to the loudest conversations I’ve ever heard. There is quite a bit of cussing as well. This is the third time it’s gotten to this point and I’m no longer interested in going to this establishment.

While the food is delicious (thus the 5 star rating for Food), lately the employees, including one that I believe is a manager, talk/yell incredibly loud in the kitchen. This kitchen is open air to the entire restaurant, and it leads to a completely miserable experience. If this issue can be resolved, I'd gladly update my rating to reflect the improvement.
Fast service, good food...I miss the older options. My dinner seemed to be too heavily covered in sauce and it was overwhelming.

The food was good although for the price I will say that there should have been more noodles but don't get me wrong, it was very filling and I had a little leftover to take home. I also had their sweetened ice tea with a lemon slice in it which was delicious as

This was my worst experience in any food establishment ever, in my 40 years in Bel Air. I will be contacting the General Manager immediately come tomorrow.Other than the very kind new girl who took my order, and the lost soul male teen cleaning behind the counter, the only other person there was rude, obnoxious and disrespectful. I ordered food and expecting it to be at least of decent quality, and I was sorely disappointed. When I nicely and respectfully brought it to the managers attention, it went downhill from there. I can absolutely say the only good thing is that I learned something tonight. I learned that I will not step foot in that place again. It’s good to know these things, knowledge is power.
