After living in the area for 5 years we finally visited Pairings Bistro tonight. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and I’m so glad we chose Pairings to do so. The restaurant is quite beautiful , the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food was amazing. Loved being able to chose between pre fixe 3 or 4 course meals and à la carte for dinner and of course the wine pairing option. With the many choices for lunch or dinner and seasonal menu this is sure to become one of our new go to restaurants. We could go numerous times a month and have something new and exciting each time. Thanks for the wonderful service and delicious food and wines.

Nice place to sit at the bar for some food and drinks. The dry aged beef sliders with fries are a great meal. I loved the bacon, caramelized onions, and creamy smoked cheddar cheese that came with it. Friendly service, and all the menu items come with a recommended wine pairing, but I don’t drink alcohol, so I just got a Sprite instead.

This has been one of my favorite spots for years! I’ve been coming to pairings since back in the day when they about half the size as they are now. Not only is it always great food and great staff, but it has the perfect atmosphere for a great night out. We have taken out of town guests here and our one friends wouldn’t stop raving about the water of all things lol! Not sure what made it so special, but the wines are more exciting to me 😆
I just dined here for the first time since 2019, and I am happy to say that this place has withstood the test of time. Food is just as sensational as my first visit, and the drinks were great too. The open kitchen and bar atmosphere is a nice vibe, and the quiet side is nice if you’re looking for something a little more lowkey. Can’t wait to go back!

Ice cream here is a scam, go to snowball / ice cream shack on wheel road. You get tiny scoops of ice cream. Do not reccomend.

I feel most restaurant food begins to taste the same and every menu is a duplicate. Pairings is a fresh of breath air and is a true dining experience. If you’re looking for a true elevated dining experience, this should be your next reservation. Andrew’s service was on point and genuine.

Wouldn't recommend. Prices are high for an experience not worth the time. This place is connected to what looks like a warehouse also the cream of crab was lacking any kind of crab meat and was super runny. It wasn't what I expected. Meat was dried out and floors sticky and the restrooms weren't kept up at all. Not a great experience, will not be returning
