Food tends to be okay, typical Panera i guess, but this location forgets a part of my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Especially if you do a mobile order. Even if it isn’t busy. Without fail something will be missing and we have to turn around and go back. Make sure you check your order!

I ordered Oatmeal with Cinnamon Crunch/Sugar on the side. On Sunday morning, I heated up my container of oatmeal in the microwave. As I was eating my oatmeal, adding the cinnamon crunch more strawberries; I saw this burnt paper/sticker that says (Oatmeal THAWED) that was coming up from the bottom of the oatmeal. That’s why the oatmeal didn’t taste like it normally does. I will post a picture of this on the website and take this to Panera Bread Store. As much as I have purchased oatmeal from other Panera Bread Stores/locations; I‘ve never had this problem before. This was an awful experience here at this Panera Bread Store.

I've only recently started eating at Panera Bread, but I have yet to be disappointed. The cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich and the toasted garden caprese sandwich are definitely my favorite items on the menu.
