Panera is pretty great. Why the 2 star review? I placed an online order today and I noticed something. A small Mac n cheese is $9, a kids is $7. But after logging in and selecting my store location the kids menu completely disappeared online. So I decided to order this one item in person. At the register they said a small is $6! Which now I have to think, what other items are they jacking the prices up online? It's not like I ordered delivery, it was carry out! If I can't trust you, you don't get my business. I honestly would've given a 1 star but it is a good place otherwise. Just be careful with online price gouging!

Only 2nd time here ever and now I know why got the French dipper got hone and it mostly bread every little meat and the French dip is just their French onion soup every thing was cold and I only live 5 min away had to remind them about bread bowl that comes with my wife's order

This food does not look like the photos! So expensive! The chicken for the salad looks disgusting! These workers here do not know how to use the app. It clearly says “ code not auto applied” I Am telling the worker to add the code! Ugh!
