Soup noodles, chicken and veggies were not cooked and when I called I was told no one else has complained. I could come get 1 cup of soup out of the same batch even though I ordered group soup for over $23 with tax. Also do not order the Group soup it’s not worth the money. They do not provide refunds and were rude. They do not care about customer service. They are franchise owned so don’t bother calling corporate!
Stay away from the franchise owned Panera in the Festival! They do not follow corporate standards of customer service. If you have inedible food don’t bother calling, they don’t care. Buyer beware!

When you visit Panera, you expect a similar experience that you'll get at other Panera locations, and this is no exception. Food is always freshly prepared, service is usually lightning quick even when crowded, and it gets crowded quite often, and staff is always helpful. The only small gripe I have is that sometimes the lime soda is not available and that's my go-to drink. Otherwise, a well run Panera location.
