I am not a regular customer. Maybe in once in the last year. I went with a large group (15) almost everyone ate or drank something, I was super impressed with the service the quality of the food and as busy as the location the staff smiled, offered help, and were constantly cleaning. Very very happy.

This location is s a big yikes. The dinning room was dirty and the customer service was awful. The girls up front kept forgetting things for my order and told me my discount was added which it wasn't, but hey at least they were kind.The guy making orders was rude though. I told him that a part of my order was missing and he told me I needed to get that piece from the front. Then as I was walking up he started screaming to them that I never purchased the order MULTIPLE TIMES. To the point other guest were staring... That's so embarrassing!!!! Thankfully I found my receipt to prove I purchase said item and the blonde hair girl apologized and gave me my missing item. This store needs to have better training for customer service ?

Food is always good, usually comes out in a timely manner. Can get quite busy, ive only had trouble finding seating once or twice. Great place to do lunch or have a coffee with friends. Take your laptop and get some work done as well.

We like the quality of the food at Panera. We go on a regular basis.1.7.24 - Excellent food still. It's a little pricey but my wife and I are ok with it. Worth the price!

For how busy this location gets, the staff definitely keep up ans know what they are doing. Servcie was quick and our food was done fairly quickly as well. My turkey avocado blt was delicious, the soft bread.. mmm! Hubby really enjoyed hisGreen goddess cobb salad. It was a nice refreshing lunch. There are plenty of tables to sit at and it clean.

I just had the worst bacon turkey bravo sandwich I've ever had at this location, and I've had some bad sandwiches there. There were more greens than the rest of the sandwich combined and I couldn't taste the bravo dressing, nor could you notice it on the bread. The Abingdon store is 100% better.

Every time I try to order one of the vegetarian options they put chicken in it. Multiple times I have ordered something that I specifically looked at the ingredients to to make sure there was no meat in it and when I actually get the sandwich or the warm bowl it always has some version of it that includes chicken for some reason. The receipt even has the chicken version on it instead of the normal default meatless version. I am so upset. And there’s always a ton of it too so I have to spend a long time trying to pick out food to just throw in the trash.
