Pappas Restaurant and Sports Bar

On 6/28/25 we had my son’s graduation party there. Food was great, staff were attentive, service for a large party was excellent. The personalized menus that were made for his party were perfect. Everything was perfect for this special occasion.

Some of the best food around. Very crowded but that's what happens when there's a great restaurant. 5 stars all day everyday.

Had a nice (first) meal yesterday at Pappas. We sat at a hi top in the bar area. Great service. food was delicious from the rolls to the.l 1/2&1/2 soup,Caesar and crab cakes we enjoyed it all. Was a tad warm inside not sure if it’s an AC issue or just hadn’t been using it yet since it had been unseasonably cool recently. Other than that we will definitely return.

The food coming out from the kitchen was served cold. Our meal was started with appetizer and soup and salad. The salad was served with little dressing and lettuce was not fresh. The soup was cold to light warm. The Grouper seafood special was flavorless with the fish prepared over cooked or hard. Our second platter was a roast beef dinner with mash potatoes that came old, cold and yellow in color. The entire patter was cold and with the gravy being the only thing warm. It seems this kitchen can’t handle the menu or volume. Expect your food to come to the table and presented like it was sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time!!

I ordered the crab pretzel and it was the worse crab pretzel I’ve ever had. The pretzel was hard and it barely had any crab dip on it. For the price I paid for it…..it was not worth it! Very disappointed!

Service was ok, but the food was not. Lamb was over cooked,, forgot some sides. Crab cake was ok, they were out of fried oysters for the seafood platter. Didn't say anything till they brought it out, said they gave me 1 extra shrimp to make up for then 2 fried oysters I was supposed to have. Everything was very bland and over done. Not impressed especially for the price you pay.

Went for Mother's Day because I love the penne ala vodka with shrimp. I have enjoyed this place before, but was pretty disappointed today. The service was really slow, the food took more that 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen and when we finally got served it was cold. Really disappointed. Probably won’t go back.

Clean, considerate and delicious.

Food was great mostly... The steak was a little bland for me but I took the veggies (peppers and onions) from the calamari appetizer and mixed the two and it was delicious!

Have eaten in and carried out. Service for both was excellent. Crab cake platters are amazing. Both Crab soups are very good.
