Customers of Pat's Pizzeria should be aware that the restaurant charges a 3% service fee for paying by card. While this fee is allowed by law when a CREDIT card is used, it is not legal under federal law when a DEBIT card is used. When questioned about this, an employee responded that their payment system can't distinguish between credit and debit cards. That's not the customer's problem. If Pat's is charging a fee for using a debit card, they are violating federal law and ripping off their customers.

We as a family order from Pat's in Belair quite often! Normally it's fantastic. I always get the crab dip as my meal. Today I ordered it like normal and it was horrible. There was 0 crab meat it was very very runny and had no crab flavor at all. The bread that came with it was as hard as a hockey puck. I called and let the young lady that answered the phone know about it. All she said through the whole conversation was Okay x 3. That's it okay. That was equally disappointing. I am not looking for anything free just wanted to let them know what they put out this evening. May need to find a different go family meal store okay? Good night!

Do not order on Doordash. Waited an hour, Doordash said it was delivered but it wasn't. Called and they were not apologetic at all, said their Doordash connection was broken. Also - Quality has gone way down over the years. Salads are half the size they used to be. Never coming back.

There are not enough great things that I can say about this Pat's Pizza location in Bel Air, MD. I have ordered food from here many times, sometimes just for me, sometimes for my family, and very regularly we use them for my child's school pizza lunches (upwards of almost 100 pizzas each time). Everything always comes out to the dining room, or gets delivered, just the way we ordered it, and it is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Every time I walk in the building someone immediately greets me and asks how I am doing. They are patient when we are having trouble figuring out what my family wants to eat, and they are quick with suggestions on how to get what we are looking for. Even on a very busy night (like New Year's) when they are backed up and food is taking a little longer, the staff remained calm and friendly, and did a wonderful job of updating the customers who were in the building on about how long their food would take.Orhan, the manager, has been nothing short of amazing with the pizza days at my child's school. No request is too big or too small, and he (along with his wonderful staff), have always gone the extra mile. The first time we did a school order, they had almost 150 orders labeled with names, and classes, and drinks. I cannot even imagine how long it must have taken. Now that we made it more simple by just ordering whole pizzas, they make sure that the pepperoni are clearly marked, and always provide us with enough plates and napkins knowing that school aged children are messy.Because of all of these reasons, I have convinced so many people to start ordering from there as well, and everyone that I refer to the Bel Air Pat's echoes everything that I have said above. We are so pleased to have them in our community.
Took my chances with ordering from here on my lunch break. Ordered 3 chicken tenders and they charged almost $5 to deliver it 1 block up the street, which I obviously had no issue with. But the guy who delivered had a nerve to harass the receptionist and ask for a tip and it made her really uncomfortable. Then he called me from his personal phone several times asking about a tip....that was a big no no! I would not recommend this place. That left a really bad taste in my mouth. Pats, ya gotta do better with the people you are hiring!

I'm not one who usually leaves a review. However, the dinner I had from here was to good, NOT to leave one. The chicken Parm dinner was AMAZING and way to much to eat in one sitting. The staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend!!
