I always love the pizza but tonight was just a let down for me. It wasn’t that busy only a few people in store. One worker was doing most of the work while the other two were confused and not paying attention to the orders.
I Wasn’t happy to leave with burnt Cinna-Knots. I wasn’t going to make a big commotion about it cause I never had this issue before but the staff needs to be reminded on what goes on the Knots. The staff member acted confused on what goes on the knots that I ordered.

I recently visited a pizza stop in Bel Air, which was quite busy but turned out to be surprisingly good. I ordered the 'Lil Roni Pepperoni Pizza,' and I was impressed. The temperature was spot on, the sauce had a nice kick, and the cheese had that perfect pull with every slice. The pepperoni was especially delicious. However, the customer service could use some improvement, and the small dining area wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped—none of the tables were wiped down. The location is convenient, and despite the few drawbacks, I’d consider coming back if I’m in the area, but a bit more attention to service and cleanliness would go a long way.
Parking: The parking is not so bad here, plenty of spaces.

Walked in on sunday at 7pm. The guy had pink facial hair and said it would be 10 min before they could help us because they had so many online orders. We said ok because we really wanted to give this place a 2nd try. 20 min latter still making pizzas for the online orders while we where still standing there waiting while the online orders just kept piling up. I'm sorry but if there is someone inside of my store I want to take care of them first before a order of one that isn't there in front if me.. the store was empty except for one other person waiting on a dordash or some kind of online order. We ended up leaving after waiting for 30 min and when we said we had to go and to have a good day no response no I'm sorry no nothing back.

Just arrived at this location at 8:30pm to find that it was closed. Online shows this location close at 9. This is not acceptable at all. The doors were locked but lights were still on. It sucks that when you call the phone number associated with the location it’s a general customer service number that you cannot talk to a live rep.

Similar to MOD pizza. the unlimited topping personal pizza was $14, a little pricey IMO. Couple bucks more than MOD
The good: really good pizza overall, sauce options were unique, variety of topping choices, quick
The bad: not enough sauce given, environment was not nice for dine in, really loud music and visually overstimulating.

Honestly, if the prices had gone up but the staff were respectful or patient about it, it would’ve been fine. But the prices went up, the staff didn’t have the right answers to our questions, and in the end we felt lied to and taken advantage of by rude people. We will NOT be returning.

The wait was so long and the place was empty. The employee with pink braids was as slow as a turtle. She looked like she didn't want to be there.

I love this location, pizza and drinks. With customization always being an option the hot honey pizza has to be my favorite with pepperoni and arugula the combination is dynamite! But what really did it for me was the ginger berry lemonade I’m obsessed and will get it every time. I love the convenience of a quick bit or grab and go. Order online with the app to start eating your rewards and the first pizza is free

Love the pizza at this place and all the options for creating your own masterpiece or choosing one they have already created. The ladies working there have been super friendly and accommodating.

I feel like this store is always closed recently. The times on the website don't match when the store itself isn't open.

My family is vegan and usually we love ordering from here but not this time… There was meat covering our order (and not the plant based kind) and a non vegan butter sauce drizzled all over our supposed to be vegan knots. We even had left a $15 tip and ended up not being able to eat any of it. Definitely want our money back, very disappointing.
Went here twice now, and both outting the store locked and " closed ". Went there to get lunch at 1130 earlier this week for food, sadly not open (opens at 1100 per site). Tonight, I went to get something to eat at 815pm....just my luck, workers inside, and the doors are locked. Sites says closes at 930pm...so are we operating on day light savings time, or am i missing something here?
