Excellent, as usual at this location.
Updated: 11-25, same good quality. Had a minor misunderstanding with the order, however the kind lady employee was very helpful in making the issue and mishap right and refund was issued. Mistakes happen but the helpful service from the employee and correcting the issue is what's most important. That was all done professionally and well. Would still spend my money here at this location.

This has got to be the worst pizza I've ever ate in my life! So bone dry you can barely eat it. Absolutely no taste! I ate two slices and threw the remainder of the pizza away.

I have been ordering from this location since 1999 and it was always top notch. Last night I placed an order online for delivery of a Super Supreme and a regular cheese pizza. I'm watching the tracker and it justs keeps spinning, after 45 minutes I call to check on my order. The phone just kept ringing. The delivery driver arrives and says they won't talk to him and don't know when the order will be ready. Now I'm pisssed. The driver finally says he has the food and is on his way. Food is delivered with no problem. I open the Super Supreme and it only has pepperoni and mushrooms on it. Here's where the fun really begins. I try calling the store back and it just rings incessantly. Finally a call center in the Middle East answers and tries to connect me to the store. I finally get through and the woman who answers says she'll send a new one out. It never shows up. I call back again and tell them I want a refund and they say OK. Almost 24 hours later and still no refund. I contacted Corporate and I am waiting for a response from them, which I doubt will ever come. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else, you'll be much happier. The service at this store has been on a steadily decline for quite some time and in my opinion they should just close it if they can't provide a decent level of service.

I ordered ahead and then drive 10-15 minutes to pick up. I then waited for an additional 40 minutes for my food. I only ordered one personal pizza. Not once during my waiting period did an employee stop and ask if we needed to check out. This location seems like it could you more staff and perhaps some urgency…

The employees are great, they are very talkative and friendly. The Pan Pizza is a different story. The bread is not as thick as it used to be. It was more like a pan and hand-toss pizza was mixed.

Help it all just started with the little desire for some old school pizza! It began with the frustrating experience with the customer service person, the horrible Pizza Hut app, and finally an empty stomach. This Pizza Hut was dirty because of the leaves blowing in the lobby and the attitude of the customer service" professional".
