Not what I expected. Ordered online while sitting outside. Pizza was cold and dry. Toppings were not what I selected. Felt a bit recycled

The pizza has been raw in the middle the past 2 times I’ve ordered. The staff doesn’t care. Watched a girl come from her car, eat food, walk to the back, rub her lips because they were “cracking” and then make food. Never washed her dirty hands!! Straight nasty!!!
Update- And they didn’t even put sauce on the pizza. This place is garbage.

Very disappointed. This is the second incorrect order. Purchased dinner box. Supposed to have two one topping pizza. Had to pay for extra cheese for each as a topping. Never got any extra cheese on either. Ordered the cheesy Alfredo noodles. Got chicken kind. I don’t eat meat. Wasted $36 two times. First time you think you caught anthem on a bad day. However two times in ridiculous. Plus saw the cooks taking trash out and going directly back to Kitchen. Gross

The indoor part seemed like it was only seating to bring your to go food and eat it there. But was dirty and not kept well, although it was nice to see the option to eat in. The food was normal for pizza hut but i do recall my order being wrong 2 of the 3 or 4 times i ordered from there.

When we were passing through looking for a restaurant, we came across this Pizza Hut. When we saw it for the first time we had to turn a blind eye... When we entered the place everything was run down and unkempt. When you walk in you feel it When we placed the order we were told that the pizza would take 10 minutes. Except for us, there were only 2 people in this creepy Pizza Hut. The only thing that wasn't bad was the toilet. When we discovered a good place we ran to it When we got there we noticed that the floor, the tables and the bench were sticky. Everything was set up and when we tried to take down a chair it was literally stuck to the table. At some point we really asked ourselves where the pizza was Only now and then people came in to pick something up and there were only 2 other people there. Since we were pressed for time, we asked where our pizza was. We then picked up the pizzas in a warming container. We really had an appetite and were looking forward to it the pizza, but when we opened the box this desire went away and even more so when we tried the pizza. It simply tasted disgusting by Pizza Hut standards. Everyone ate 1 piece and then the pizza ended up in the trash!!! the two people next to us did the same thing..1 star is definitely too much!Please don't enter this store..

We were in this Pizza Hut on August 27th, 24 as we were passing through to NYC. We had to wait 40 minutes for the pizza because the employees couldn't say that the pizza was ready, even though they clearly said that people had been waiting for it for a long time your pizza is waiting.. UNDERGROUND!!! In addition, the whole store and the employees all looked very “unkempt”. When we received our pizza after asking, we were looking forward to our pizza, but it tasted so subterranean.. never had such a bad pizza before!!!!! ! Never go to this store!!!
