Despite our rather loud group, the servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The selection of food offered was also superb :))) What impressed me the most was the level of customization available. The salmon bowl I ordered was exceptionally fresh and delicious, and the homemade sauce was simply fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; I'd give it a 100% rating and will definitely be returning again! Can't wait to try more of their menu offerings!!

FOOD - GREATCUSTOMER SERVICE - THIEVERYI ordered online. The app defaults to a 15% tip. If you don't specifically select custom and punch in an amount, the app chooses 15% tip for you. If you realize that you made a mistake, like I did, there's no way to cancel the order and try again. And if you call in, they tell you there's no refunds. This is tricky and dishonest. I asked for a manager, he wasn't there, and when I asked for a way to contact corporate, there's no way to do so. Sneaky, slimy and dishonest. If I have to remember that the app picks your pocket and steals from you if you don't hit the exact right buttons, then why shouldn't I just remember not to order again from POKÉ bowl.

Ordered the grill chicken bowl bacuse i saw the pic the advertise in the plsce, nothing like the pic. It was awfull and did not have all the xtras the pic showed specially the black beans. I told the server there was no black beans snd she said, that is just a pic. That is false advertising. She did not care. Price was hight up. Not wort the food. Never again i will visit that place. Horrible.

We were there during lunch, expected a pretty big bowl of poki goodness, but we were sort of disappointed. While the ingredients were fresh, the sauces were lacking. There wasn't enough sauce, AND the sauce lacked flavor. That made the poki bowl lost its colors. Also, it wasn't a good portion for what we paid. It wasn't a full lunch... Lastly, the workers there were not really helpful. Usually I don't comment on things involving people unless it really makes a difference, but in this case it did. Being a first time customer here, while there were no other customers in the shop at the time, I felt rushed by the person helping me. And she wasn't very accommodating to making sure my bowl comes out perfect. Overall, it's meh.
