Kevin was extremely rude. Customer service is not his forte. I get it , the public is hard to deal with. But to treat people with such contempt is uncalled for.

The food tastes amazing. However, the constant failure to get the meal correct is not. While it is a fast food restaurant and they only have chicken, meals shouldn’t be wrong. If any of the workers experienced a real restaurant. They would know it’s really not that hard to get it correct. Read the ticket and you’ll get everything right. There is NO need for people to spend money on food, just for it to be completely wrong or missing items. We all are human and make mistakes but we all also don’t want our food to be wrong. Do better because the job really isn’t hard. You were trained to do so. Thank you and please take everything into consideration!

Had a good experience at this Popeye’s. The customer service was great and we got our order real quick. The food was delicious. Ever since I’ve moved to the area a few months ago, I’ve been struggling to find a solid fast food restaurant. This one is the best. Will definitely return.

This is the best Popeyes in Maryland. Very clean. Food is immaculately fresh and flavorful. Love the extra sauces they give. Good service. All your needs will be met here. So order some crispy chicken and fries already

I went through drive thru they are always so nice and pretty fast get you through great service never a issue

Rushed us thru the drive through. Couldn't understand English to take our order. Paid extra for BBQ sauce and then didn't even get it. Definitely not impressed. I guess I will be going to Chic fila where they don't charge you for BBQ sauce and give you what you ask for with a smile!!!

went through the drive through ordered 2 meals with large cokes, the person speaking asked if we wanted a large multiple times, confirmed. got to the window our drinks were regular. had to pay extra to get a large, which was fine, asian lady at the window was lowkey giving us attitude. we left, the cokes we ordered had NO syrup in them. tasted like carbonated water. the mac and cheese we ordered somehow had no pasta in it ?? it was all cheese?? i got ONE honey mustard, the tenders i received were extremely small, not at all like their normal size. very disappointing experience

I ordered the managers special, but they didn't have the chicken to fulfill the order. I asked if they could substitute other chicken. Answer was no. They said it would be 15 minutes. I asked if they'd toss in a free pie or something since I had to wait. Answer was no. They just didn't care that they were making me wait. Definitely won't be coming back. Customer service stunk! Added note: after spending 15 minutes waiting for chicken and $53, I asked if we could have some sauces ehen we got our order. I was told I could have 2, but more than that, I'd have to pay for. I walked out.

DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY ARE PLAYING IN YA FOOD AND YA FACE. $60 IN FOOD AND IT WAS FREZING COLD. WENT TO GET IT REMADE AND WAS DISRESPECTED AND WINDOW WAS SLAMMED IN MY FACE. CAME BACK WITH THE FOOOD THROWN EVERYWHERE IN THE BAG. CONTAINERS OPEN. CHICKEN MISSING AND COLD. AND THEN WAS TOLD TO KICK ROCKS IN THE DRIVE THRU AND COMING BACK THE NEXT DAY BY THE SUPERVISOR AND AREA MANAGER. WILL BE DISPUTING THIS CHARGE WITH MY BANK AND POPEYES AS I WAS NEVER GIVEN ANYTHING BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE. EVERYONE HERE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EMPLOYMENT. GREY SHIRT MANAGERS, BOTH THE MALE AND FEMALE. AND DRIVE THRU ATTENDANT. I pule bad things for these kind people. I WILL NEVER BE EATING HERE OR ANY OTHER POPEYES.

Disgusting . Sandwich meat is to fat and and not biteable .
When I pulled up on the menu they had what was called a summer bundle. I asked for one of those it was supposed to contain a chicken wrap and the new chicken dippers with a lemonade. The woman had to repeat herself three or four times because of her thick accent that I could not understand. Eventually I understood that they didn't have that. My problem is why are you running it as a promotion on your screen if you don't have it. Also why do you have somebody that can't speak clear English working the drive-thru. I had problems in the past with having people speak correctly at that location I guess there's no point in trying anymore. Can't wait for raising Cane's to open up.
