The manager was rude and extremely disrespectful. I went thru the drive thru to pick up my online order, and the manager Jose told me I couldn't have my food if I didn't show him my phone. I asked, "What's the reason he needed to see my phone?" and he told me to get out of his line. I went inside, and at this point, I was confused. He had my food on top of soda machines and had me wait 7 mins before he said anything to me. I asked for my food to be remade or give me a refund. This arrogant jerk said no and laughed. Still never explained the reason for making me get out of the car and come in. The worst /DUMBEST experience ever at Popeyes. I wish I never placed that order smh

Every time I come here the food is always hot, fresh and tasting good! The lemonade was pretty good and the restaurant itself is well kept. The establishment is always clean and tidy. The service is always quick and pleasant. This is my favorite Popeyes in Harford County!

First off I couldn't understand a single thing they were saying they barely know how to speak English in my opinion if your going to work in a American restaurant you need to be able to speak English second they refused to get me a cup of water instead then charged me $2 for a water bottle and as I got to the window they said my order was $21 which when I was ordering they said it was $18 and then when I said something about it they said I'm sorry my bad they tried to scam me into paying more I would highly recommend going to a different location

I am highly recommend this branch. It is clean, workers are friendly, professional of dealing with customers and pleasant. The bathroom is clean, and floors are neatly cleaned and the tables as well. The food ŵas freshly cooked, hot, crunchy, juicy, and well done. It's a warm family kind of atmosphere in this branch. The service was served well, and my orders are always fresh and correct. The fried chicken are crunchy freshly made. The apple cinnamon pie was extremely delicious, too!!!

Ordered the mango wings and all of when were disgusting. Soggy and old chicken even the 10 piece family meal the chicken was either half cooked or old and unbearable to eat. The workers are rude and act like they don’t understand what u are saying or even care about getting your order correct.
