Inconsistent! $10 is a lot of money to spend on a drink. I would expect consistency for that price. 3 out of the last 5 drinks were noticeably different. That's $30 spent not getting what I paid for. Can a manager please reach out and try to make things right?

Harford location for Pure Raw is the best! The usual crew that I see most (Taylor, other Taylor, and Bri) are awesome and helpful with everything including special requests. My favorite is the Tropical smoothie and adding strawberry, but everything I’ve tried has been great. Happy to be a regular thanks to the staff and the product

Our smoothies were pretty good but could have blended better. Staff seemed unhappy to be working.
I love their smoothies and bowls. I have tried almost all of them and they are all delicious. I normally order online for a pick up order and it’s already ready. The staff is extremely friendly. I love it there!
Taste like nothing. The fruit was mushy and the Açaí was tasteless. Felt like a was eating freezer burnt ice. Waste is $16.00

Hair in my bowl!!! 🤮 I am absolutely appalled at this establishment. How do you serve such great food but leave human hair inside my food. Terrible, just terrible. Truly a disgrace to the food industry. I will not be coming back!! 😢😢🤮
I think the drinks are healthy, but OVERPRICED. In fact most smoothies are around $14 base. I don’t think the online menu is accurately priced.
Nice service
The establishment is very clean, and the ingredients are fresh! The menu offers a lot of options. My favorites are the acai protein bowl, raw juices, and smoothies. However, the staff could be friendlier; the cashier made little effort in customer service. A smile goes a long way!
