The food and atmosphere can be the best but when the manager is disrespectful and has an attitude it ruins the entire thing. If you want to be disrespected, go here. She kept insisting that I did not have a reward account even though the app was on my phone and i scanned my barcode. Then when I asked for sour cream on the side, she said “I’ll have to charge you”… what? For sour cream that I didn’t get on my burrito?!!
I would give this place a 4/5 if this manager no longer worked here. She is extremely disrespectful. And was like that with everyone.

When it comes to hit or miss here it’s normally miss. Got two burritos tonight but everything was the same minus the meat. Looks like one is missing a chromosome or something.

Unfortunately one of the worst locations I've ordered from. Chicken burrito came with only rice and beans with onions. No chicken in it. The rice was overcooked and soft. The only good thing was the queso.

Came in for lunch with our toddler, the man who made our food was welcoming and so good with her! He asked her what she’d like on her quesadilla and made her laugh :) Made me happy to have her encouraged to choose her own meal and interacted with! Food was super good, great quality!

Tacos tasted fine and the ingredients are solid it's just the lack of mindfulness of putting it all together. It's all slopped in a box and slap a lid on it with no thought of preservation to the meal. No quality control or pride in what they do and it shows But again, it does taste good but a mess just to enjoy
I ordered online and when I got there they had not even started my order. Had to wait awhile for it to be complete teddy. Quaidia was burnt on both sides which I did not realize until I got home. It appeared they were short employees and were too handle the work load. I will say the employees

I can here after I had to leave CHIPOTLE for not even giving a full scoop of chicken for a quesadilla.
Anyhow the customer service is ALWAYS great when I come in here I haven’t had much interaction with any women workers but the 2 gentleman that worked today around 1 today was AMAZING!! Very kind and professional. I got what I paid for which is a full scoop of meat with a smile and also a great tip to add queso to my quesadilla!
They absolutely turned my day around and I wish I had their names to shout them out!! I will be returning again. :)
