Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

How do you manage to give a cold burger to someone when there are only 2 customers including our table?

Yes online orders exist, but its 4 pm on a weekday - this just summarized my last and final experience at the Bel Mall location. Our table didn't get fry refills and the ones we did get were a small handful of fries - no refills on the floats.... Just lackluster customer service that reminds me of the final days of Fuddruckers... get those Cv's together lads

The interior design was notably nice and we found the staff to be friendly, which is always appreciated. However, the service execution was where we encountered issues. Despite the friendly demeanor, the service was unfortunately slow and chaotic. Our orders, both drinks and food, were forgotten about. Our table was also approached with the wrong food on several occasions, indicating a significant lack of organization in the delivery process. Red Robin has been a reliable spot for a casual meal. However, the food quality at this specific location was disappointing. While the chain typically offers a great experience, this particular location needs to address its operational efficiency and food preparation standards to meet those expectations.

Salmon, wings, and burgers are pretty good.
I trust Red Robin more than an Applebee's.
The bartender/server, Johanna, was very attentive and concerned with food allergies.

Overall a good experience when we go. I always order gf and they accommodate due to an allergy. Would recommend for a nice family outing with the kids.

Food was decent, but our waitress was very inattentive.
I was charged $3.99 extra for onion rings and only received 4 of them. The waitress did not offer any refills on our drinks and sides and she also forgot my children's condiments that they asked for. She didn't bring out extra utensils as there were 4 of us and she only gave us 2 sets.
Normally when we come here, the service is great, but tonight was terrible. The restaurant wasn't even 1/4 filled and the service still failed miserably. Wasted $65 on this place when we could gotten better service and food across the street.

No human waiter. Was directed to do everything on tablet on table. Tablet wanted a tip too. Bizarre experience.

Jo is AWESOME! we love when we walk in and see her- because it means we will have awesome super friendly service! Very excited to hear they will be remaining open! Make sure you come check them out if you haven’t been recently it’s worth the visit!

My friend and I went for an early lunch and had a terrific experience. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Our server was great, food came out quickly and was delicious. I’d definitely go back!

Came here after shopping and it was not busy at all. The mall is going to close down eventually but even with that service was great, food was really good and it was just a nice time

Been here for first time in over 10 years and I was impressed with how tasty all food was with great and friendly service. Even tho it was a busy Friday night, our food came out quick and hot

Our first experience at Red Robin was great! You should go to the one next to Harford Mall. It is still open! We came in and got to our seats, and then around a minute later, our waitress,Jo, came over. We ordered our drinks, and I really liked the strawberry lemonade! It tasted great, and it had strawberries on the bottom of the drink. Around a few minutes later, the manager came over and greeted us. He gave us steak fries with two dips: ranch and a campfire sauce. He said the recipe was a secret. The campfire sauce is very good! Then we ordered from our menus and it took around ten minutes for our food to come, but the food was great! There are lots of great things to order off the menu. Some of the foods were all you could eat. For example, you can order more than one mac & cheese (kids) and steak fries. After that, we paid. Our waitress, Jo, was very nice. We had a 5/5 experience! Definitely recommend!
