Management needs to introduce their cook to some spice and seasoning. Bland!!

More food came out for takeout than for actual diners. After 40 minutes waiting for 2 burgers and fries, the Food wasn’t anything to write home about. Mine was drowned in sauce. Waitresses were busy but seemed to stare at the screen behind host stand more than interacting with their tables. We won’t be back.

Definitely a locals kind of place, where everybody knows everybody but, they were welcoming to the new guy. Drinks were prompt, service was on point and the food good pub grub.

We've been here 3 times to give it a fair shake. If you sit outside, you will not get service. They will take your order eventually and drop off food eventually, and you won't see them again. We just watched our server drive away, go to the grocery store, come back and park, and go back inside. Still waiting for her to come back to us for the check. Apparently, bar service is the only reliable option.

Regarding the manager reply:
We had to get our own condiments from the server station. Then we had to get our own to-go box. Then we had to go inside to get a server to find our check. This is how we were able to complete our visit.

Route 24 ale house has been my go to spot for years now whenever I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or something to drink. Last evening my fiance and I went to watch the Lions game and grab some dinner. We sat there at the bar top for about 10 minutes and neither of the bar tenders greeted us or acknowledged that we had sat down. So after that ten minutes we got up and took our business to Millers ale house. We do realize that last night was a very busy night with Walt there (prior terps and nba player) but it didn't even seem like they increased their staff to account for the volume they were expecting. Very disappointing....

Summer Berry Salad looked good before I started eating it.

The chicken is the frozen salad kit grilled chicken, that you use to make a quick salad at home.

And the blueberries were awful.

Not coming back here.

Stopped here for a quick snack on the drive back to NYC, ended up spending a few hours playing music bingo. Great food, great service and great atmosphere.
