I contacted Seasons and spoke to a very nice man. This location is convenient for me and have ordered food from here for years. Today I ordered lasagna which I have had in the past. It was a huge disappointment. I asked him to have someone else taste it and recommended not sell it to anyone else. I cannot describe the taste. He claimed that he would try it. He offered me something else which I declined.

My order arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after it was placed. It happens. However, it was clear my food sat a long time. We ordered the chicken strip meal and it must have been super hot when it was first made, but by the time we got it, it was cold, grease-soaked and tough, and sitting in a super wet and soggy box. Plus, they forgot the roll. My salad also must have sat out the whole time as well, since it was also warm. Even the dressing was above room temperature. Not very pleased with the quality, which is a shame as it looked like it would have been good when it was first made; now it's just blah.

I am a pizza snob. The best I ever had was in Sicily where it was made with very fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. Seasons pan pizza is not quite that, BUT it is pretty good and I enjoy it regularly. Every day specials are also a bargain.

The woman who answered the phone was incredibly RUDE!!!!! Never again. I called to ask when my order was gonna be delivered, VERY POLITELY, and she responded very unprofessionally. BUT! Our deliver person was amazing. He was very nice.

We are frequent consumers of Seasons at the Festival of Bel Air. Typically home delivery. Their food is always warm and sometimes hot upon delivery. Their salads are da bomb. Cheesesteaks are awesome. And we have never had a bad delivery person. They are always polite and friendly. Great job Seasons!
