Came in to pick up a DoorDash delivery after waiting about 10 minutes. I asked your front counter if they could find out how much longer it was going to be, and this seemed like it was an act of God like they didn’t know what to do all they had to do was asked to cook how much longer The order for DoorDash was going to be so I can inform the customer on how long it’s gonna be. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with your location over the years with trying to get an answer on how long and order is gonna take. So I will make sure I will never come into your store personally to get any food as no one knows how long it’s gonna be.

Told me not able to get doordash orders and drop what I was assigned to. Less then 2 minutes later support is telling me store said order almost ready. So I walked in while recording phone call and got a recorded statement of employee lying 🤥 so doordash canceled the order because that was uncalled for.

83.00 dollars spent...called next day when told manager Nash would be there...not there D I believe guy said his name was...very hard to understand him was just plain arrogant and really did not care that food was bad and I coukd being it back to niw that a manager was actually there....burnt meat that was greasy ...grease and Mayo saturated rolls...cold cut tasted rancid....soggy bad onion rings....ask for refund...said give you 40 ...Said his brother Nash would not give me anything and would not bother to call back.....waited in place 10 minutes past what they said would be ready...no phones ringing...2 people picked up Pizzas and one delivery put on shelf to get cold...so not busy....looking to speak to actual owners....this was absolutely disgusting...pizza steak was soaked with grease and pizza sauce...I even told them I would bring the uneaten food back....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE FOOD...can't get a refund if no manager there D...just a bunch of kids running the place...sad excuse

Ordered well done ff and sub. Got neither. Called and manager said he could not do anything about the sub, it was well done enough. I had to bring it all in and he would remake it. It’s late, I’m home now from work. Who has time for that? I ate pbj and he gave me a credit for the limp ff. I can’t tell you how much we spend there. And they never get it right…but geez guys, do better making it better. Do better. Don’t eat there.

Ordered dinner for delivery - a cheesesteak sub and 2 kids burgers. Had an issue with the burgers...on rye bread...not a hamburger bun??! I wasn't asked about substituting bread when I called to place the order, and the menu doesn't indicate anything about it... My one child didn't like it at all, other child only ate half, so that was a nice waste of money... Sub was ok, not impressed... Wouldn't order here again, no idea what food you might end up with!!

Literally, THE best pizza! I don't love pizza as much as my husband does, but if he wants Slices, I'm getting some too! The cheese, the sauce, the crust...it's all perfection! Prices are reasonable. The dine in area is small and could use a little refresher but if that bothers you, just get it as take out.
