Called in an order for delivery. Waited over an hour for them to show up with 1 sub. When I asked where the calzone and 2 orders of cheesy bread were he said they were in the bag. I called the store and they said oh he forgot the rest of the order. I told them I didn’t want it but they couldn’t give me a refund because I used a credit card. I know that’s a lie because I’ve gotten a refund before for food they didn’t bring. Manager needs a lesson in customer service and needs a lesson on how to work their computers. They don’t even put the charges through until the end of the night and that’s from an employee!! Food is great but service SUCKS!! Lesson learned. Don’t pay with a credit card!!

Cheese steak was fresh + full of meat! Small fries were hot and more like a large size. Cheese pizza was hot fresh + full of cheese + toppings. Order was accurate and delivered quickly. Great little place that does a great job!

I gave all 5 star ratings. It's just a pizza joint, but in that category, this is the best in the county. And there are some really great ones that make it a good race. Slices consistenly has the best service and best value. My go-to pizza place!

We really enjoyed the pizza. The dough was a little thicker than what we are used to but well with it. They definitely didn't skimp on the toppings. Service was great and my husband loved that he could eat his pizza while watching football. If we are ever back in the are we'll most definitely come back. Prices can't be beat!

We like the pizza, but we don’t like to be overcharged. Quite a few times over the years, we paid for extra toppings, only to discover regular toppings when we got home. Recently, we were charged $18.99 for an XL cheese pizza. The menu inside showed $15.99. When we brought the price difference to the attention of the young lady at the register, she brushed it off, saying, “Oh, our prices went up.” When we asked to speak to the manager, he stated the same. It wasn’t until we pressed the issue that he said he would “honor” the menu price. I don’t have a problem with prices going up, but shouldn’t it be reflected in the menu first?

We go to Slices and order Italian cold cuts at least once a week with our friends. The subs are usually so big we can barely take a bite. Tonight we ordered and the subs and there was a slice of ham and 2 slices of salami and a slice of provolone cheese. When we called the store to express our disappointment the ‘manager’ on duty said this is how their subs are and if we wanted extra meat we needed to ask for it. This is the most pathetic cold cut sub I have ever had. This is worse than a subway sub. Their 17 year old manage needs a class in customer service and someone needs to talk to the food preparer and show them how it should be done.
