I was the only customer in your store this afternoon. I paid cash for my order and put money in the tip jar in front of him. No thank you. He made my smoothie, laid it on the counter and walked away. I said Thank you. Nothing. How about a little customer service manners for the customers who give you business. Not me anymore. I will go to a different one if my business isn’t appreciated. And. The smoothie was sickening sweet.

I’ve given this smoothie king many chances. Every time I walk in, I have to wait 3 minutes for someoneto even come from the back to take my order. When they eventually come out, they always have both airpods in and just stand in front of the register without saying a word and wait for you to order. You feel like you’re interrupting their day by being there to pay $8 for a small smoothie. I know they don’t make the prices and the smoothies are never bad, but the customer service is just insanely bad.

Went there last night with my son and our smoothies did not taste good at all. The girl there didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. We ended up wasting $17 dollars because we threw them away because they tasted so bad.

****Editing to add: I explained my experience on the website as suggested below. In 48 hours or so, I received a message that they were sending my message to the local sight. Over 20 days later, I am not expecting to hear from the site, despite saying I would like someone to reach out. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. The $23 for the half filled acai bowls was a complete money grab with horrific customer service. ****I arrived at 7:10pm with my two kids that were looking forward to açaí bowls. I tried ordering on the app but was having issues logging in so I figured it would be easier to order in the store. We were the only customers in the store. I begin to place my order and ask them to substitute various things (all are options in the app). The woman working there says she doesn't think you can. I said the app gives me those options, should I just order online?? She says yes. I place my order - 2 different açaí bowls for $23. She makes two of the same bowls with the wrong toppings. She then fixes one and brings it back, it is still missing the banana that it comes with!!! She then says, they are out of banana. She does not offer any additional fruit or extra berries or anything. My son takes his bowl and is happy. She then tries to give me the other bowl that has the hazelnut drizzle on it. I explain that the bowl I ordered for my daughter does not have hazelnut because she does not like it and has mango. She says she will make a new one, takes the bowl adds mango and brings it back to me. I am not a difficult person, however, my daughter would not eat it with the hazelnut and for $23, we should get what we ordered. Annoyed, she throws the bowl in the trash. She makes a new one and asks me about the toppings again. Finally, 30 minutes later we leave with two açaí bowls. For $12 these bowls are certainly lacking!!!! We will stick with Pure Raw Juice by the mall moving forward. This experience was a complete disaster.
