I have been a patron of this location from years and have ordered the same choice of Acai Bowl. The staff serviced me on various occasion with politeness and very accommodating. However, today a staff member named Chitty chose to be anything but that. She was dismissive, rude, and abrupt. I was left feeling uneasy when I asked for the same item as usual and she was aware of what I wanted. As the other staff began to proceed with the order she came to me as if this was the first time of my order and demanded that I pay extra from granola and dismissed me. I was disturbed by the command and asked where was this coming from and she did not respond. I asked if she was aware that I order the same bowl all the time and she said she is aware. There was nothing in my order that would have warranted an additional charge or for Chitty to have addressed me as such. Please help me to understand, I order granola, Acai, granola, and strawberry. The initial stage of granola substitutes any additional fruit. What part of this requires me to pay an additional charge?
