Kid-friendliness: These are the friendliest ladies in the world but it takes forever to get your food but they are short-staffed but they are definitely friendly friendly friendly
Pulled into drive thru at 1030pm, they close at 11. They were serving ppl that pulled up in their cars in spots n ordered. Waited 15 mins at sign to order. Waid "hello" several times, no response. Drove to the window, 1 guy was out in the lot serving ppl, other guy was inside n never came to the window to ask us what we wanted. By that time it was 1050, n we figured if we pulled the car up in a spot n ordered, they would say too late. So we left.

If you like waiting forever this place is for you
The only fast food restaurant in Harford County where you are guaranteed your order will be incorrect. Twice in a row we were missing part of our meal⊠best part is that their phone is disconnected so you better be prepared to kill another half hour driving back to *maybe* have it rectified! This last experience was the final straw. Ordered a Grubhub pickup. Sonic confirmed it as âin the works.â Pulled up to the window and they said they did not receive my order. After being ushered out of the drive-through line I received a notification my order was cancelled. Zero customer service, but with a disconnected phone line theyâre not even pretending to care.

I donât understand what happened to this place, the restaurant used to be very well kept customer service was great but I can see the passion is lost here
The last two times I came here I had separate issues:
1st visit) I ordered at the drive In spot and I pushed the button to order but no one answered so I went to the drive through there were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru besides me and I ordered no problem but waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and when we got our drinks my wife wanted a dirty Dr Pepper and they gave her a regular one so I asked the cashier for the correct item and when he gave us our drinks none of the lids were seating on the cups which forced us to dump out some of the drink so it wouldnât spill
2nd visit) I went to the drive thru and I was giving the gentleman our order but he stopped responding half way thru so I went up to the window and I saw the cook on his phone and no cashier in sight and so I beeped my horn and no one even came to the window..
I hope this location works on their quality and customer service because I love sonic, and the next closest one is in golden ring
I thought Iâd share in hopes management takes some time to invest training into customer service and upholds the expectations they used to keep at this location!

The location seems a bit understaffed, but the drive through was pretty quick. Canât beat the discounted shakes! Delicious! Staff was friendly as well my first two visits.
