I’d give the food a higher rating but I cancelled the order. Tried ordering the grillos pickle meal with no modifications. Watched the cashier enter and delete the meal 5 times before putting in a completely different order and proceeding to payment. I canceled the order and left. I hope they replaced that cashier before rush hour because I was the only car there ordering at the time. If he was that confused with one pre-set order he’s going to leave a lot of upset customers when they have several cars at once.

1st time in Forever, they forgot to add onions to the hamburger and when I asked them to remedy it by just bringing out the onions, they instead brought me a whole new (another) hamburger. They definitely went above n beyond to remedy the situation! No fuss, no bother..just gave a 2nd hamburger to make up for minor todo...all wo me asking. Definitely service oriented for the customer!

I never write reviews but I can’t get over the terrible experience we had, not with the food, but with the service. Monday, June 30th, around maybe 7pm, Me and my family went to Sonic in BelAir. We parked at one of the drive up screens and placed an order. Firstly, as soon as the woman spoke on the intercom, she was RUDE. She greeted us by saying “yeah?” and you could just hear the dismissive attitude in her tone of voice. She acted as if we were bothering her by being there and placing an order. She continued to be short, in a rush, and acted as if she couldn’t be bothered with us throughout the entirety of us ordering. She then came out to bring us our food, didn’t say one word. When my husband was done grabbing all the food from her he said thank you, she then got the most disgusted look on her face and walked away. I understand everybody has bad days .. however that doesn’t mean you can make costumers feel terrible. Doubt we will be returning because I don’t have interest in being treated like I’m an inconvenience for wanting to order food. By the way the young woman’s name was Ella.

Kid-friendliness: These are the friendliest ladies in the world but it takes forever to get your food but they are short-staffed but they are definitely friendly friendly friendly
Pulled into drive thru at 1030pm, they close at 11. They were serving ppl that pulled up in their cars in spots n ordered. Waited 15 mins at sign to order. Waid "hello" several times, no response. Drove to the window, 1 guy was out in the lot serving ppl, other guy was inside n never came to the window to ask us what we wanted. By that time it was 1050, n we figured if we pulled the car up in a spot n ordered, they would say too late. So we left.
