Blonde girl taking our order didn’t ask how we wanted our drinks resulting in two messed up orders, and was rude and choppy. The rest of the employees seemed quite pleasant however.

This Starbucks is further from my house, but I love the people, atmosphere, and service here! There was a thicker blonde girl with glasses with a sweet soft face that was there the last time I came and had a great experience, like today, Sunday 1/26/25. I told her that I traveled to this location out of my way because this store went above and beyond, and a little goes a long way with me. A great experience and welcoming atmosphere are more important than an excellent cup of coffee. For example: I asked for the Caramel Brulee, but they were out. She told me that the dark caramel sauce gave it a similar taste to my Caramel Macchiato if I wanted to try that, and if I didn't like it, she would remake it. It's that kind of service that will make me travel almost any distance out of my way for an excellent cup of coffee! If the managers are seeing this, please give this girl a raise because she is excellent!

They were extremely busy for 3:30pm on a Tuesday with a long line at the drive through. That was just volume though as the staff were flying through orders. I ordered inside and received my items pretty quickly. I dropped a star because they were out of things they should have had. Kudos to those baristas though, they were getting it done.

Of course Starbucks food is always on point however, at this location they do not make drinks very well. They are either diluted or they are wrong have the wrong ingredients in that atmosphere. The inside is always dirty at this location they do not clean up the employees is what I’d like to talk about next they are very rude and they are not helpful. They will let the drive-through line back up and get extremely long and take their good old time getting through it, not to mention when you go inside after you got the wrong food and drinking the drive-through they’re rude they do not wait on you next. They make you wait until they’re done whatever else they’re doing that is not how it should be not only that the people making the drinks will fix your drive-through order for you and then they tell you to get in line if there’s any change , this is not great customer service and I know that multiple people I personally do not like this location. I do not recommend it if target is open there’s a target right behind this location that has a great Starbucks and great employees go there.
