The phone rang this morning , I guess the hiring manager was asked for , the way she got on the phone an rudely responded to the person lookin for a job , was absurd she said I’m not hiring at this location really rude like god for bid you want some help to run your business , you should always be hiring fyi any great leader would tell you that .

Refused to give a cup of water unless I bought something, none of the other Starbucks or other nearby restaurants have had this issue, very sad to do especially in summer in 90 degree weather

I am literally only posting this review for the fact that they put up this extraordinarily helpful board explaining what the different coffee drinks are. I know I could look up this info on my phone, but from a user experience perspective, having it as a decor element reduces friction and makes it more approachable for people who aren't already die-hard coffee nerds to try new drinks.

More places should follow this locations lead!!

If I could, I would give a zero star review

Terrible experience. I’ve never felt so disrespected over something as simple as a drink being made wrong. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was met with a disgustingly rude attitude and complete dismissal. No apology, no offer to fix it—just eye-rolling and condescension. It was honestly shocking. If this is how they treat customers, I can’t imagine how they manage the rest of the team. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered my usual drink, and it was made completely wrong. When I politely pointed it out, the manager was disgustingly rude and dismissive—as if I was the problem for expecting the order to be correct. Instead of offering to fix it or even acknowledge the mistake, they responded with attitude and zero professionalism. It’s shocking to see someone in a managerial role treat customers this way. This location clearly needs better training and leadership. I won’t be coming back.

Blonde girl taking our order didn’t ask how we wanted our drinks resulting in two messed up orders, and was rude and choppy. The rest of the employees seemed quite pleasant however.

This Starbucks is further from my house, but I love the people, atmosphere, and service here! There was a thicker blonde girl with glasses with a sweet soft face that was there the last time I came and had a great experience, like today, Sunday 1/26/25. I told her that I traveled to this location out of my way because this store went above and beyond, and a little goes a long way with me. A great experience and welcoming atmosphere are more important than an excellent cup of coffee. For example: I asked for the Caramel Brulee, but they were out. She told me that the dark caramel sauce gave it a similar taste to my Caramel Macchiato if I wanted to try that, and if I didn't like it, she would remake it. It's that kind of service that will make me travel almost any distance out of my way for an excellent cup of coffee! If the managers are seeing this, please give this girl a raise because she is excellent!

This place sucks and never follows simple orders. If you don't have something let us know before we pay. And if it's through delivery, please substitute as best as possible. This place ain't cheap.
