This place has gone downhill fast. Service is so slow and they can never get an order right. I waited almost 25 minutes for a pick up order that I did online that was not ready when it said it was supposed to be ready. 25 minutes before that. I couldn’t read the food because it wasn’t given to me.

This is the worst Starbucks in Harford County. I wish the 1 that was attached to barnes and noble was still open.I tried to order ahead in the app but it was saying they wasn't doing in app orders at that time. So I went in. Ordered my drink which I thought was the 1 on the picture. I always customize on the app. When I got my drink and asked where was the cold foam, the manager says "you ordered a latte" the actual person that took my order was friendly and was trying to make it how I wanted. The manager was a nasty lady that wanted to debate with me instead of trying to make it right. When I asked for my money back, she said "well you are going to have to wait until I come over there". She was not customer service friendly at all.This was not the first time I have had a problem with this location but this morning was embarrassing and frustrating. I spend way too much money with the establishment to be treated the way I was. I still didn't get my drink how I ordered it on top of paying extra for the customization.

Coffee decent, but what one would expect from a latte-stage-capitalism milk and syrup company, staff friendly, but busy and often slow as a result. Inside can feel cramped. Best to order ahead and walk in to pick up instead of using the drive-thru.
