I absolutely love this place! I came here sometime last week and it was this bigger guy (counter person), that helped me a lot (I think he could tell I was struggling with my kids 🤭) and he was so sweet! And it was very clean! 10/10 experience!

I love Sweet Frog, but I was disappointed when I saw the scaled rounded up. I could gotten more for the same price.

young man at the counter (he is tall with curly hair) is very nice and has great customer service! my friend and i go every few weeks and always see him and he has a great attitude every time !

The food here itself is good, however the bathrooms do NOT have locks on them and it is very possible for someone to walk in on you trying to use the toilet

Stopped by with my daughter yesterday. They have new tables and chairs and the place looks great. I had the cheesecake flavor and it was so good! My daughter loves choosing from all the different toppings and putting together her own bowl. Highly recommend for an after dinner treat!

I just went to Sweet Frog in Bel Air on Tuesday, Sept 23rd. The place was hoppin', but the line was moving along quickly. I noticed the counters were spotless--no crumbs! The employees were friendly, too. I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch froyo (GET THIS!!!) and I added granola, and some chocolate chips! Delish! We sat down to enjoy our treats and after the rush was over, the employee behind the counter wasted no time. They came around and were sweeping the floor asking how our treats were. This was only my 2nd time here, but believe you me----if you keep that Cinnamon Toast Crunch froyo and this store as clean as I saw it, I will be back!! Thank you, Sweet Frog! Next time, I'm bringing my granddaughter!!

Great spot for a treat with my son. So many flavors and toppings to choose from — we never get bored!

I'm not sure when the last time this place was cleaned. Tables are broken and dirty, the employees stand around talking.

I usually love Sweet Frog, but my experience today was disappointing. The floor was in really bad shape—it honestly looked like a piñata full of toppings had exploded. There was an actual pool of caramel, and the entire place was visibly dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor with every step, which was pretty gross. I wish I had taken a photo to show just how messy it was. I’m not sure who’s responsible for cleaning, but it definitely made me reconsider going back to that location. I’ve never seen anything like that before.

Toppings are always in stock and the variety of choices is great. Unfortunately, vanilla and chocolate are out nearly everytime I've gone.

Normally I love this Sweet Frog and it's been a while since I been here. Today I ended up just leaving because I was disgusted. The bathrooms were filthy. The machines looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. I am really disappointed because this use to be my favorite sweet treat stop.

Always busy so I guess these days if you're under 18 the cool thing to do in Bear DE is hang out at the frozen yogurt store? lol Also I love that they ask for a tip at checkout despite the fact that YOU, the customer is responsible for pouring the yogurt and adding the toppings.

Aaaamazing!! And the young lady working was so kind & a wonderful smile! Will be returning.
