Absolute bullshit fr on this one man idk who’s working there but the way I received my meal from this place makes me question if there even capable of mopping the floors , work ethic like this is pathetic. There’s no excuse for laziness man opportunity comes to those that pay attention to the small details and educate themselves careless work leads to passive behavior and stagnant lives. A shell in a wrapper with nothing in it is pretty ridiculous and the rest of the meal being smashed in the wrappers and then sent out the window at a price over 20$ is ridiculous

This Taco Bell goes HARD as far as Taco Bells go. This is the most "Taco Bell" of the TacoBells in Harford County. When it comes to making mediocre Mexican Fast Food even worse, complete lack of service, employee attitudes, and dirty disgusting bathrooms, this Taco Bell has it all. They really read the manual on how to "Taco Bell" right!

Writing a review because I am extremely upset and disappointed with the customer call center support and the store , I’m visiting Bel Air on Work I DoorDash food because I have to because I cannot get a lunch break. The food quality was insanely Disappointing fries were dumped in the bag seasoning all over the place cheese all over the bottom of the bag literally about to break my DoorDash order didn’t even come with a drink. I definitely blame the store for this quality and not the Dasher , when I called DoorDash/Taco Bell Support, they said it would take seven days for my refund to come in now. I only had enough money just to DoorDash today so I will not be eating today. Thanks to Taco Bell so thanks for that. You guys can really ruin my day

I have always loved taco bell! This is the place for cheap food! So much better than all of the other fast food places!
I came November 1st at around 9:55 to the bel air Taco Bell. I came from a long shift at my work and came in. I saw the door said open at 10 or later and was generous enough to ask if they were closing now. The employee , a white blond girl said they were indeed closing in 5 minutes. I understood that and I left. I was confused but understood as I still saw people in The dining room and alot more coming though the drive thru. At around 3 am me and my friends were driving around and saw that the Taco Bell was still open with guest in the dining room and drive thru. Felt kinda betrayed I was lied too. I get it if you were closing in like 10-15 mins as a fellow fast food employee but there was still about 4-5 hours before close. I felt it was extremely rude and disrespectful.
Great food and clean store and the food was made quickly and with no problems. The only problem would be when me and 2 friends walked into the store we were asked (What are you doing here are you buying food).... of course we are buying food we didnt come inside to inspect the store lol. Besides that lady's comments it was enjoyable.
Parking: 40+ Free Parking spaces available for parking shared with other stores adjacent to taco bell.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly and clean and safe environment for kids to enjoy and eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front entrance is wheel chair accessible.
I didn't like it at all, I ordered the Box advertised on TV and it is well presented but the flavor leaves a lot to be desired, I won't go back

Just placed a mobile order. I ordered the Gelato. So if you’re out of stock I understand, BUT AT LEAST TELL ME. Instead they didn’t say anything and replaced it with a single order of cinnamon twists. Cool but the twists are $1… the gelato is $3.99. I know it’s weird to get upset over $2, but like dude at least tell me. Also the night crew you guys have suck, they’re always so slow after 9 pm. You guys are like a toxic ex, no communication skills, constantly disappointing me and keeping secrets. But I guess it’s on me because I keep coming back ?

Taco Bell never disappoints when it comes to flavor. The food is always delicious, and I can’t get enough of those tacos and cheesy goodness. However, the aftermath is a different story—my stomach usually pays the price for that indulgence. It’s like rolling the dice every time I go, but honestly, it’s worth it most days. Four stars for the taste, minus one for what comes after!
