Loved it. Make reservations. You can eat and then shop for tea and tea accessories. The food was very good, and the employees were all so nice.

This place is a must-try for anyone in Bel Air. The service was wonderful, everyone was so kind and their suggestions were great and they truly made us feel at home. The atmosphere is wonderful, it's so cozy and comfortable with sweet decor. And the food was divine, there's a massive list of teas to try and you can try as many as you like for the one price. We personally got the High Tea which is the most expensive option but comes with soup/salad, and a three tiered tray with scones, sandwiches, and little desserts. Everything was perfect and had diverse flavors. I would definitely recommend making a reservation as we were lucky to be seated as tables are quite limited, but it's an incredibly worthwhile experience, perfect for an elegant date which is exactly what we had.

Gluten-free? GO HERE!My mom and I have an afternoon tea tradition for my birthdays. After figuring out I have a gluten sensitivity, I didn't think there was anyway I would be able to fully enjoy the afternoon tea experience again.Tea by Two has completely proven that wrong and set the standard for me on how a gluten-free experience can be just as enjoyable as the alternative. The scone was amazing, the desserts were delicious, and even my cupcake in a tea cup that I got to TAKE HOME was gluten free?! I couldn't believe all that and only a $4 upcharge for gluten-free.Their tea choices are just on the right side of tons of selection without being overwhelming, and was absolutely delicious!

Our favorite tea room. We've been to quite a few and love the quaint feeling of TBT! Excellent food without being overly complicated. The Christmas tea is our family favorite, even though we weren't able to get reservations this year. They sell out very very quickly.

Had tea yesterday with 3 friends and overall we had a very enjoyable time. Our server was very sweet and accommodating to my group’s dietary needs. We enjoyed the tea selection and tried so many flavors between all of us! Unfortunately, the food prices are just not reasonable for what you get. I have been to the other tearoom nearby in PA many times and the portions are a sizable difference at the same cost. Will likely not return for tea service, but I would return to purchase loose tea from the gift shop!

This is my favorite tea spot. The women who run the shop are warm and welcoming. Decor is cozy and charming. There are many teas to try. Food is excellent. Gift shop is full of lovely items.

Our reservation was a few weeks ago for six people. As we explained multiple times that it was our first visit to any tea house, we had hoped for a warmer welcome than we felt was received. The menus are confusing and cluttered, the process of ordering was not at all well explained, and tea recommendations were not offered. We had multiple questions during our visit, but it was very difficult to get a clear answer from staff. We also alerted the staff to allergies within our group, which we were assured could be accommodated without issue. However, when the food was served, we immediately realized that the woman who wrote down our order never notified either of the two other staff members of the severe allergy and our entire high tea service had to be remade because it was served with items that we indicated were not safe for our group. It was also slightly disappointing to hear that all food is made in advance and no alterations can be made to the sandwiches, but as this appears to be a location without a full kitchen I'm not even sure how they prepare food on site. They do have a kid's menu, which was appreciated. The younger members of our group did enjoy browsing the gift shop at the end of our visit, and the decor was cute.Overall, we will likely try another tea house for our next event. But if your group is small and has no food allergies and has experience with high tea, you may enjoy your time here.Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies, we do not recommend dining here.Parking: The sign on the building is not highly visible so we nearly missed it entirely, and the front parking lot that is shared with Richardson's is miniscule and difficult to navigate. Parking is available behind the building.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids' menu but it is very limited.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining area is barely accessible, definitely not accessible for anyone with a larger motorized scooter or wheelchair. The gift shop area is not accessible simply because there are many pieces of furniture and displays in a tiny room.

Phenomenal service! The tea room is adorable with a huge selection of teas. I love their soup du jour, but my friends and I were very happy with everything we ordered. Can’t recommend enough!

There are two reasons I gave this place 3 stars instead of one is : They do have a wide. Interesting selection of tea! The second reason is that the staff are so friendly. Especially, Terry. She was the sweetest lady. However, this place is very tiny and less than 12 tables. She only had a few.. we waited on her several times to fulfill request. Such as napkins and water. She was very overwhelmed. And there were other servers. The place was hot...not a good environment to drink warm tea. We noticed they only had one window air conditioning unit. We heard the table of ladies next to us complain about how hot it was in there. The food was ok. The best of it was the decadent creamy tomato bisque. The scones were beyond dry. The sandwiches were tasteless. The cute pastries were good. However , we paid $26.00 per person for high tea. It was extremely small portions. Not worth the money. You expect small petite selections but at least a decent amount...I've been to tea rooms that you walk away satisfied, not stuffed. This However, was not the case. We were still hungry. The 3 half sandwiches to share is a bit skimpy. Two pastries a person that are micro cute and one scone each. That's fine for 1 person.... not for two to share. But we did each get a cup of our own soup.. the place is very loud. Do to the size. The gift shop is adorable.... the bathroom is very cute and clean. But bring plenty of money. The experience was dissapointing.. I doubt if I will go again.

We come every year for Christmas in July. Even though I am a picky eater, I always love sampling the delicious themed foods. In addition, they have the best warm scones anywhere! The service is always great and the owners are delightful. The only drawback is it can get very loud and hot, but that won't stop me from coming!Parking: There are only a couple or tight spots out front , but if you drive around to the back behind the flower shop there is plenty of parking.

A cozy little tea place with a huge selection of teas. I stop in regularly to buy my favorites or try new ones with the sampler packs they sell. The dine-in experience is nice too, but be sure to make reservations early because tables and seating times are limited, and they fill up quickly.
