My last review was 5yrs ago and I swore I would never go to TGIF again. However, today we went and they have improved tremendously. Food was great and service from Sheila was superb!

We have been coming to Fridays for over 5 years and Jon has been our server for the past like 5 months and he’s amazing!! Always very attentive and goes above and beyond for his customers! And we love the managers here also. Can’t go wrong with a dinner at TGI.

I remember when I used to go to Fridays. Quite often. I haven't been for quite a while. I figured I'd check them out again. I've been multiple times recently, and it seems it's not the same Fridays that I remember the quality seems to be down and didn't seem to be that much in the way of wait staff. I will try them again. I didn't update this.

Kendal (waitress) works Monday, Wednesday and Saturday after 4 pm is awesome. She knows her food and makes great recommendations if you ask questions.
Wheelchair accessibility: I am temporarily disabled. Did not use handicapped parking (no permit) but was able to park close enough to use easily accessible ramp.
Please hire more staff!The last time I went, the hostess said the wait time is just very long. Never specified how long it would be. And it was all because of a graduation party.The time before that, the wait time was almost 2 hours. That was for teacher appreciation day.This restaurant has the space to accommodate the people. But does not have enough wait staff to serve all tables. Poor hostess was cleaning tables to try and speed up the wait times.Besides this, food and drinks are great. Please hire more staff and then I will come back.

No Filter Needed
Its Fridays, i know, but it's no excuse to give a customer nasty food. Picked up food at the Bel air location using curbside .Idk how you mess up a burger, but apparently its possible with the cooks here. I ordered a medium well burger no pickles no onions. The meat was mushy. There was no lettuce, or tomato on it but plenty of pickles and onions which I clearly stated, I didn't want. Its even on the receipt! It was so disgusting and the bread was soggy. Wasted my lunch break coming here. Food was returned, and currently waiting on refund. Don't eat here!

Not much to say. It's a TGI Fridays. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. The food was fine. The service was okay (not bad, but not great either). There were 5 of us in our party and we were placed in one of the horseshoe booths in the front of the restaurant. While we managed to make it work, none of us really felt comfortable. But that's a minor complaint that we could have probably brought up and chose not to because it didn't matter in the grand scheme of things. We were there to enjoy each other's company. And we did. We also had some decent food on top of it.
Parking: Strip mall parking lot. Plenty of parking to be found. Proximity to the front door varies but a few extra steps aren't going to hurt you.
Kid-friendliness: It's TGI Fridays, lol. Sure, there's a bar. But that has less to do with the restaurant and more to do with the people who visit. And on a Friday evening, that bar was pretty barren. So it's probably [read as: definitely] okay to bring your kids... to a TGI Fridays.
