Service was excellent. Food tasted good, but portions small. Prices for Bourbon (watered down) were OUTRAGEOUS. Place was only half full on a Thursday night....overall, a mediocre experience. Unlikely to return due to RIDICULOUS prices on watered down Bourbon.

Disappointing. Chincy on the cheese fries. Food is not what it used to be. Service was OK. 1 server running around trying to take care of all tables. Won't be back anytime soon.

I come here every couple weeks for a good, inexpensive weeknight outing with the family. Foods good, service is (usually) good. But the last FOUR times I've been in, over the course of about 4-5 months -- the draught machine is down. Its really frustrating, considering its a "sports bar"The McDonalds Ice cream machine is more reliable!!

The food was at best mediocre. I have been to other locations and enjoyed the food. Between the bar and dining room there were at most 4 to5 tables occupied (no large groups). Service was very slow. Of the three meals 2 were mediocre at best and 1 was just lousy. This was from 5 to 6 on a Friday evening and the place was basically empty. Their entire draft system was "out of order" and the waitress said it went down 2 days ago.Kid-friendliness: They didn't have any children's menus when we were seated.

Very disappointed in the food. It was very misleading in the description of the Carne Asada tacos. Did not clearly state there slaw in the tacos and not on side. Also that the pico da gallo was inside and hot. It is ashame I have to drive to another county to get better food at a Greene Turtle.

Service was super slow in the bar area. One of the staff was chatting and hanging with his friends instead of working. The burger I ordered was not good, and they messed up my toppings. Also, forgot my drink at one point. Was given $10 in Turtle dollars that I gave to another party while leaving because I don’t plan on being

We came there on a Sunday at 5:30. We ordered our food and drinks. It took over 30 minutes to get a water, a soda, a beer, and a Peach Rita. The dinning room consisted of 3 tables total, ours included, with a total of 8 customers in the dinning area. The waitress was MIA for extended periods of time and after waiting an additional 20 minutes our food finally arrived to the table lukewarm.I can't say I'm shocked at the limited crowd this place brings in, especially at a busy dinner time on a weekend.

Food was okay, service was good, atmosphere was also okay. I probably wouldn’t eat here again unless I want to use the bar.Parking: Plenty of parking available.

I've been to a few Greene turtle restaurants and this one isn't worth the wait if it's busy. Attached to a mall and understaffed (probably reasonably so most nights). If there is any wait for a table at all - go somewhere else and don't wait or your visit will be 3+hrs long. When you do get your food, it's decent American food with some interesting Maryland-inspired options like the Chesapeake Burger.Parking: North side of the mall

My wife and I decided to go and get dinner after picking up my daughter from the Harford mall. The Greene Turtle was there, and we figured we would give them a try. The service, the food, and the restaurant as a whole was great. We enjoyed our food and hung out for a little bit watching the football games on the many TV's. If you haven't tried the Greene Turtle, give them a shot. You will be pleasantly surprised.Parking: I was able to park right up front by the entrance. Plenty of parking. Well lit area.Kid-friendliness: They have pool tables and claw games for all the big and little kids.
