Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. A few weeks ago we we were in and was so disappointed with employees, the food, the service, really everything. There weren’t that many people there but still service was slow. The employees were goofing around, using vulgar language and much busier talking with either friends or regulars to help their other customers. The Rockfish bites have been a go to for us for a long time. The was the second time that they were soggy and had no crispness to them at all. The same thing with the fries. They tasted old. Additionally our food was warm at best, not hot. Such a disappointing visit, it will be quite a while before we come back.

Needless to say the place is amazing! I loved the interior look of the establishment. It really resembles a lodge, even has ski seat that swing (a little LOL). My kid truly enjoyed the seats. The Orange Crush was really good and the crab dip was awesome! The wait staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back. A friend made the recommendation and I called them to thank them because it was amazing food!

Website says open till 10 PM. I tried to call at 9:15 to order Carrie out. I arrived at 9:25 to try and order in person. The doors were locked in the bar. Staff was buttoning up behind the door when I gesture to them they gesture to me they were closed. Please update your website, so people know your actual hours that you’re open.

This place is great for a night out with friends or a date night. Food is always good as well as service.
Only thing I don't like is you enter through the back of the building to the hostess atand.

I like to eat in a place without overt politics. Won’t be eating there.

I ordered an avalanche hamburger and just changed the meat to the “beast”. Our server charged me extra for everything that’s on the avalanche. Plus extra for a sauce for my hamburger that was supposed to be complimentary. The meat in my hamburger and my corn chowder were both like warm and the meat had no seasoning on it. We won’t be back.

We havent eaten here many times in the past. This was our first trip here in a few years. We had a party of nine with children and babies. Everyone enjoyed the food and the experience we shared that evening!

A billing mistake was made and they did everything to correct it. They even offered to pay me cash to reimburse me. Great customer service and great food.

Had seafood linguine. It was outstanding however there was very little linguine on the plate. Would and should be 5 star but left hungry. Shame to make such a delicious dish and have someone not order that again for $0.25 worth of pasta.
