Staff and service is superb with great recommendations. Food is really good. Ambience is very nice inside. Prices are affordable, and you can get some of their wine and food to take home if available in their store next door. We took home the honey nut jam that we had with our cheese board for desert and loved it. We can have at home now too with some of the wine we brought home.
Fantastic service and food! I've dined here many times and it's always a wonderful experience. The service is above and beyond. The cocktails are perfection and the food delicious!!
While both from local farms and seemingly prepared well, the steak and the veal chop were tough cuts - not as refined as we expected. That said....apps and sides were fantastic. The cocktails and service were on-point.
We were in the room away from everyone else which is good and bad. It's good to be away but it's bad because no one remembers you. I was very upset that we sat for almost an hour without ordering.
Food was amazing but we waited for over an hour to get anything other than drinks and our waiter barely came to the table to check in on us, by the end we were there for almost 2 hours and as much as I wanted dessert - the crème brûlée is great, I was scared to see how long it was going to take so we just skipped it
We ordered filet mignon and cider chicken with lobster Mac and cheese, cream of crab soup, fried arancini, truffle fries and Brussels sprouts. My wife's favorite wine was Stump Jump White. I had a couple Old fashions and a Duvel Ale. We were seated within minutes of our reservation time and our server Brady was friendly and helpful with selections and explanations. Great date night experience.
Paul was our server and he was fantastic. He was not overbearing. He was there when he needed to be and took care of our table perfectly we would highly recommend him for anyone else looking for great service.
We came on Valentine's weekend and it was never more packed. The restaurant was bustling and the new remodel of Pairings creatively had table placements everywhere. The creativity or design of the renovation has taken away some of the ambiance which we loved about the restaurant. This visit we felt packed in close to neighboring tables and so close you could hear everyone's conversation. Food was very average and you don't pay average prices at this venue. Service was good as usual. We will be back but never on a holiday.
My husband and I visited for Valentine's Day. They had an awesome build your own prix fixe menu and for a great price. I did the three course with a wine pairing - selecting a starter, salad, and entree for $71. All the wine pairings were delicious and truly complemented the dishes. The Caesar salad was on of the best I've had in a long time. My husband did the four course and had the flexibility to choose what those four courses were - selecting two starters, an entree and dessert for $59. He raved about the cream of crab soup and lobster mac. He also was impressed by all the ice cream options for his dessert. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We also made a last minute reservation and they accommodated us very nicely.
The food and our server, and all other service, was outstanding. Our only complaint is that the tables were too close together so that it was difficult to have a private conversation. We hope you make adjustments since we come to Pairing fairly often. I should also mention that the online menu needs to be updated. I was planning to have the duck breast but it wasn't on the in-house menu.

First and foremost, our Server Katy was the best. It was our first time there and she explained all the options, choices and specials for us and made us feel welcomed. We had prawns and the charcuterie board for apps and both were fantastic. The board could be easily split between two people. The scallop risotto was excellent and the fresh fish was Halibut and was cooked to perfection. Overall an excellent experience.
I know it was Valentine's Day, and we had the outside awning courtyard, but the conditions could've been a little bit nicer. The table was not set properly, and our waitress was not very attentive to our needs. I had to send my steak back after we sat for a while, cause I didn't see her for a few minutes You expect for the price it would've been a little bit nicer.
Pairings has been our go to for the past 1years. Food and service are always excellent is the food.
The food was excellent as always. Our waitress and tentative to our needs. It was a little louder than normal but no fault of the restaurant.
This was our first time dining at Pairings Bistro. I was not happy with our original seating and was quickly re-seated. The food was excellent. I tried the Pre-Fix menu with pairings. Our waitress was extremely helpful. We will definitely add this restaurant to our list for a return visit.
