We arrived at about 1:00 a.m. there are only two young women there. When we walked in no one greeted us, when we sat down no one asked what we wanted to drink. After being told there was no steak or pork chops of any kind, we ordered what we could. Both orders still came to the table incorrect. What a waste of time. I know I should have went to the other waffle House...

Having never eaten at a Waffle Hose we wanted to try on our way to D C. We got the cheese grits and cheese egg platter. And I got a side of bacon and sausage. The cheese was laying on top of the grits and not mixed in like the pic. There was more cheese than egg. My husband's raisin toast was burnt. The sausage patties were the size and thickness of a silver dollar and dry as hell. I really wish I had taken pics but I was pissed!! There were two plates left on counter which looked like we had partially uneaten by two gentlemen. Upon checkout when asked how everything was we voiced our complaints and I said terrible and why. You think the would have comped the meal or taken something off bill but nope. Having been a first time customer at a Waffle House I am skeptical of trying another if that is how they do.

Food was good but the people that work there at night are racist Because I’m black they told me to take off my Hood As soon as I walked in with my mother And remind you it’s 40 degrees outside and they said it was for security reasons so I took off my hood by time we left 3 white boys walk in with hoods on and nothing was ever said to them at all about hood being on so best believe I will be talking to my lawyer about discrimination and will be reported to the bbb for this and I hope every single one them gets fired because they don’t deserve to be working if they are treating people like that just like I didn’t deserve being treated the way I was treated this place is not recommended

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Not only was my food and coffee burnt, half the order was delivered and then the rest was forgotten about.

This is a dependable place to grab a decent breakfast. For the money, the food is reasonable and served fairly promptly. Table service is acceptable, but don't expect too much or you will be disappointed. We waited for basics like salt and pepper, spreads for toast, and coffee (including refills). On the plus side, we weren't rushed and were able to talk business without pressure to make the table available for others.
We were really excited about eating at waffle house because it's been years since we've been to one. This stop was a disappointment. The did was just okay, and the service was lacking. People who came in after us got served before us. We constantly had to ask for things that normally would be offered or just brought to the table, like cream for the coffee, napkins, syrup for the waffles, drink refills, etc. We were all let down by the experience and I doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

Went to this waffle house in Bel Air. Rude doesn't even begin to describe this very short experience. Went in with my daughter after seeing my brother in the hospital. Mind you, only one table in there so no one working there was busy. Sat down to two menus sitting on an obviously dirty table. I received a very important phone call as soon as we sat. Waitress walked over to clean the table, little late I might add since there were menus on it, had my daughter pick up her menu to wipe her area, and because I was on the phone, didn't lift up mine for her to clean my area. Guess that pissed her off because she proceeded to pick up mine and throw it. Then asked my daughter if we were ready to order. My daughter told her that she wasn't sure what I wanted since I was still on the phone but ordered a diet coke while she was waiting for me to finish. The waitress told her that she can't bring her a drink until we ordered. Really,since when. The waitress was completely rude so needless to say, we walked out. God knows she wasn't busy and could have easily brought the soda. Never said a word when we left. A place that empty can't afford to let customers just walk out. People like that who obviously hate their job, should not be dealing with the public.
