This place was at its most ridiculous today. I didn’t get a price in the drive thru ordering spot, the host just said “Thank you, first window”, at the first window the guy took my card and said the price, it didn’t sound right so I asked what it was for and he said “Classic” and then said the price again. Usually, I don;t say anything, but this seems to be a never-ending problem at this location. the orders are never correct!!! We just got food from the drive home. Came home to find that we were not given the medium fries that we paid for...they were smaller sizes. And my daughter asked for no mayo or tomato, but both those things were on her burger! Me and my friend Holly went to the Drive through yesterday evening since the indoor dining was closed we get there waiting in line for quite a while after someone comes on we could barely hear what the person was saying my friend wanted a frosty they were out of them then she told the person my order the person could barely hear or understand what my friend was saying. then it got all quiet like The person didn't know what to do.
