Unfortunately I did not get her name, I believe she was a manager and she has blond braids. Amazing customer service, I was waiting for an order that was a tad bit delayed and she made sure I was handled the entire wait. It’s rare to come across genuinely good service and I was more than satisfied. The staff for this shift was also extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you all!

Pulled up at 1:30 PM on a Tuesday. Two people in front of me at the drive-through. We were not moving. I could hear the guy at the drive-through intercom yelling “hello hello”. We decided to pull up to the window in hopes of speaking with someone. Nobody showed up at window one, nobody showed up at window two. Everybody in the drive-through line decided to leave. I decided to go in to see what was going on. Some old lady with a headset was at the front counter and I told her what happened. She claims she didn’t hear anything and that “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Told another employee I was there to pick up a mobile order. He said it isn’t even in the system. I don’t know WHAT is going on with this place. But I doubt it will be around this time next year.

No wonder Wendy’s is shutting down locations. The service here is horrible. You are guaranteed to sit at the drive thru speaker for 5+ minutes before they take your order… even if you are the only person in the drive thru. And the you wait an additional 5-10 minutes for your food. Slow doesn’t even describe the service.

No food received manager had a nasty attitude . I pulled up to drive thru for my order I placed online. They said they didn't receive it asked me to come in so they could make my order and get things right. I got my baby out walked in only to receive attitude and poor customer service she was not nice whatsoever we asked for her name she refused to give me it.

First of all we love Wendy’s food but idc what Wendy’s we go to the food is always cold. Maybe the slightest bit warm on a couple occasions but cheese never melted still whole formed cheese slice on the burgers. we can at 9:45 they apparently close at 12:00 am. No one came to the speaker at the drive thru after 5 min so we pulled around which they said they were having head set issues. Mind you it’s storming out and wind blowing like crazy. They had the breakfast menu up on display which someone had obviously turned around already. So we pulled up and asked them to see the dinner menu which they came out to change it back around. Come to window to place our order they were apparently out of potatoes. Or I guess I could say like the manager they just didn’t want to make anymore. Placed order handed them the phone to use wallet pay on phone it didn’t go thru. Did it again same thing. He called his lovely lady manager over and she comes to the window saying it isn’t taking it I said what does that mean. She said either it’s not reading the card or more than likely you have no money. Like forreal. First of all. Poor choice of words. Literally just checked the funds before coming there. Plenty of money so that comment was very unprofessional and rude to begin with. I handed her the card for the same account that we were using in the wallet and went thru. Leave get half way home realize no fries but we got the cheese sauce we paid extra for the fries for. Called 4 times after getting home no answer at the store at 10:30. It’s a shame because there’s not many Wendy s around the area and to deal with ignorance and people shutting down the business 2 hours early for things obviously isn’t a great experience for customers.

Burgers always look like they were cooked yesterday. Cooked to the point of crispy edges, dry and tasteless. Baked potatoes also way over. I’ve given this location more than a couple chances, but it’s consistently terrible. I’m done. 🤮

I went to Wendy's drive thru and got a meal for my girlfriend the service was super quick and friendly. The food was also fresh and excellently cooked. Definitely recommended for anyone in the area to go to this location.

I want to give a shout out to Dante, the evening Manager on duty. While there having dinner with my daughter, his interaction with a customer impressed me so much, I feel I had to let the Management know. Don't lose this gentleman, he's amazing with customers and knows the menu and makes recommendations which align with the customer's. This was a refreshing update to this location and is very welcomed.

Left brutal reviews for the one in Abingdon for a slow drive thu. They eventually closed down. Here at this Wendys, 2 people have already left drive thru for the snails pace.. i guess Wendys food takes longer to prepare. This review kept me from leaving. Minutes later, i left. Oh well

Food tasted good. Person taking order was very pleasant and bantered with us. She was very helpful. Person delivering order was attentive. We were not happy that the takis and fries were laden with Red 40. Both the Men's Room and Women's Room toilets were full of paper and human waste, and neither would flush. When my husband and I each told the workers, they acted as if they were surprised, but made no move to apologize, or do anything.

Their food is as good as can be expected. Can't count how many times I've gotten my food here and it flat out made wrong. On several occasions I've ordered the Baconator for like 11 dollars, gotten down the road to find the sandwich made WRONG. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. IT'S NOT LIKE I ORDERED SOMETHING SPECIAL. BOTTOM BUN, BEEF PATTY, CHEESE, BACON, BEEF PATTY, CHEESE, BACON, MAYO, TOP OF BUN. AND I DON'T EVEN WORK THERE....NOTE TO ALL WHO MAKE SANDWICHES, IT'S NOT BOTTOM BUN, BEEF, CHEESE, BACON, MAYO, TOP OF BUN. Sorry I had to yell. Needed to get that off my chest. Also, why the hell I'd the son of baconator 8 frickin dollars. I can get a double QP at McDs for that. The should be 5 dollars tops. If you do go inside because your order is wrong, be ready for service with an attitude.
