Went thru the drive thru today for lunch, the gentleman taking my order was very nice and respectful, my food came out hot and my order was correct, so happy to see there has been a positive change at this location

Fun place to take the kids, mine are older, 15 &19 but they still love to come. Been going here for 5+ years. Generally a good time and parents can shop or even go to the Live casino, which is connected to them mall

Jourdan does not deserve to be in a service position, to be rude is something but doesn’t understand your product and act with arrogance is something we call unprofessionalism, he took back the sandwiches with his bare hands and I have photos on that One of the worst server I have ever experienced even his colleague who was part of the problem decided not to intervene or explain to him to keep him in the dark
