Fun place to take the kids, mine are older, 15 &19 but they still love to come. Been going here for 5+ years. Generally a good time and parents can shop or even go to the Live casino, which is connected to them mall

Jourdan does not deserve to be in a service position, to be rude is something but doesn’t understand your product and act with arrogance is something we call unprofessionalism, he took back the sandwiches with his bare hands and I have photos on that One of the worst server I have ever experienced even his colleague who was part of the problem decided not to intervene or explain to him to keep him in the dark

Got everything I ordered except when we got back to our hotel room they didn’t put in Arby’s sauce for a roast beef sandwich or ketchup for potato cakes or napkins. Nothing like eating a dry roast beef sandwich the sole reason I love Arby’s is their sauce.

The clerk who waited on us for fish sandwiches was terribly rude & apathetic. One previous customer had told him a condiment dispenser wasn’t working & to please provide packets. The clerk had no interest in restocking the condiment OR replenishing the EMPTY napkins’ dispenser. No towels or working dryer on the men’s room, so when my husband came out with washed, wet hands and asked for napkins, the clerk snapped that napkins are in the bag. When my husband informed him That he needed to dry his hands, etc. The clerk GRUDGINGLY gave him more napkins. This clerk has no loyalty to the company and seems to hate his job. 3/27/25 at 12:50 pm approx.

Drive-thru. Delicious fish two-fer special. Except for the damned shredded lettuce. Thus, I deleted a star. Can't drive and eat a sandwich with shredded lettuce.
