I wanted a chicken sandwich..they didn't have..also no cold cut sandwiches. So I ordered two sliders, Jalapeno poppers and curly fries. They forget to give me the fries but i do contract site work and I don't have time to go back to correct this, so im left disappointed. The service was great but the overall experience left me still unsure about this certain location.

I was here on march 29th 2024 and let me tell you the worst experience yet. Got a roast beef meal with a coke and a fish filet sandwich meal with a iced tea. Fries were cold, sandwiches barely warm , but the most disgusting thing was the iced tea. I took a drink and there was something slimy in my mouth, i was like what is that, i popped the lid and there was mold in it , it was disgusting, i took it up to counter and showed an employee he agreed wth me, then the guy asked if i wanted another iced tea i said no way he gave me a water in place of it. I will never come back here!!!

Would be nice if yas went back to asking patrons if they want sauce with their order. I asked for it at the order screen and half the time it’s forgotten, like tonight. Love the horsey sauce, hoped they had remembered it.

To be honest, arby's has a bad reputation for I don't know what reason. Food always smacks and they got a good deal right now. $1 for a slider, you can't go wrong.

The fish sandwich had very little taste, and although there was only one other couple in the restaurant and no line at the drive thru, the condiments were empty. Otherwise, the fries were tender and tasty.
I did not check my food at the window and had I did so I would have noticed that my bacon Swiss chicken melt was missing the bacon. I ordered my daughter 3 piece chicken tenders meal and was given 5. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a receipt so I don’t know if I was charged for a 5 piece. Lesson learned to ask for receipt and check my food at window before I pull off. The food was fresh and tasty but I want what I pay for.

Wow, Arbys is getting SO EXPENSIVE!! Two large roast beef, fries and drinks $24! Not doing this more than often again.
This rating is a ZERO but you can only do 1 and up. This is the worse Arby's and will be the last time we stop by there. Our buffalo chicken wrap was stale and tasted disgusting. When I went up to the window to get a different chicken wrap like classic or plain whatever without the nasty taste chicken wrap they gave us the "immature" manager on duty was very unprofessional and lied that that the buffalo chicken wrap is all they have and was very annoyed with my request: mind you we eat at different Arby's all the time. I said no, Buffalo is not the only chicken wrap you have. He then took the sandwiches and hissed at me and walked off without apologizingor acknowledging my concerns. He then started talking to his "subordinates" mocking me and laughing and they started coming to the window one by one to see who he is talking about. He then told one of them to tell me it will take 5 minutes because I was looking right at him while he was talking about me I guess made him feel uncomfortable or guilty not sure and I said nothing to the messenger. Then another girl came up, faked waved at me and never engaged with them just waiting for my "hopefully" fresh food. Then I realized there is a scan bar where you can make a complaint or feedbacks and I went back to my vehicle to retrieve my phone.i came back they saw me taking a picture of the barcode and they started talking again about me taking the picture and then the other server came to the window and gave me my food. This time the food was freshly made and tasted delicious. Another reason I was standing outside of the drive-thru so I could see them making my food being that he was so nasty to me which should be the other way around but because I don't someone to put something in my food I was cordial. Then I saw the camera where they were preparing the food so I was a little relaxed knowing they will get in trouble if they put anything in my food. I tell you what though they were using their hands that had gloves dump stuff in the trash Can hand inside the trash Can and use the same hands without changing their gloves to prepare the food and these were door dash orders; the young Hispanic lady and the same Hispanic supervisor were doing this. It was so sick to watch but hey you get what you pay for.Lastly, while waiting for my food, I noticed that the drive thru area was so nasty and needs cleaning.Never go back to this place. No thanks.

Stopped in here for work and the staff was very professional and attentive. Was working very hard & very respectful. The store is a complete turn around from a year or two ago. I will be back & I recommend the locals visit as well. It's under new management & has a very great manager and staff running it now.
