I ordered mozzarella sticks and onion rings. When my order came, I even asked for extra sauces. When I got home, I had ONE sauce.When you go to the drive thru, sometimes you take a gamble, and you won't find out if you lose until you get home.

I ordered today, and delivery can't call them and talk with someone. My order was totally wrong, I ordered the Royal chicken sandwich, supposed to have no lettuce, no tomatoes, no sauce, add pickles add, add bacon, I have lettuce and tomatoes, no bacon, and no pickles, can't eat the sandwich because of allergies to tomatoes ??????

Went in for breakfast just after 7 am. The woman at the drive thru was SO polite and sweet. Even the gentleman when I got my food double checked if I needed any condiments. My order was fresh and correct. That seems simple, but not something any of the other area burger kings can do. Thank you for a great experience. I'll have to start driving to this one every time now.

Big Bk spot connected to a gas station. Pretty spacious and lots of sitting. I like the BK spicy wraps.I told them not to add tomatoes but they messed it up. The Manager refused to serve me because she didn't "appreciate" me asking (without yelling or profanity) her RUDE Shift Supervisor for the Manager. Worst Customer service ever. I had to call corporate!

Everyone talks about Chik-Fil-A as the benchmark for excellent customer service and I will be the first to say that this location is BEYOND what I have even experienced at C-F-A. Everyone is friendly, pleasant and efficient. I WILLLLLLL be back!Dietary restrictions: Excellent for accommodating Keto!
The food and service here is so-so. Unfortunately, both the staff and management look like they just rolled out of bed, without taking a shave or shower for a month! MAKES YOU WONDER ABOUT THE SANITARY CONDITIONS!

I worked there for a couple months. Nice staff but the GM does not communicate with his staff very well. Needless to say the GM fired me because I got another job because I was only given 1-2 days for three to four weeks in a row after telling him I needed more hours he told me kids in school wanted to work more because of summer. I've tried calling up there to see if my last pay check was up there and they blocked my number. I've been trying to contact the store no answer and also have been blocked. If this is how you treat people I don't recommend working there or eating there
