Usually they are pretty good at getting orders right but I guess someone got a deal at the smoke villa on the strip because I put in my mobile for no cheese in my McGriddle and they put no sausage but put the cheese on it.

Went there yesterday morning around 5:30 and I placed a order at the kiosk but I tapped pay at counter because I left my wallet in the car so I figured while I go grab it my food would be getting prepared but nooo I had to place a new order and pay at kiosk because they didn’t even have the register open so when i finally got my order the oj was warm and watered down and my egg biscuit was dry and tasted old. Safe to say i will not be returning to that location

The good: easy pit stop if your headed to APG
The bad: the service, why have table delivery available if the the employees are to lazy to walk out on the floor? If a customer wants to wait at the counter they would probably select counter in the app. Additionally, the order to yelling my tablet number at the counter time was well over 10 minutes; not what the establishment advertises.
The ugly: the bathroom, it was tore up with toilet paper everywhere and poop on the top of the rim. Very disappointing.

Disgusting. Top patty burnt to a crisp. They thinned the burgers again. I put up with the raw double quarter pounder and my nuggets stuck together with raw batter in between but this burger was inedible. To the owner, if you read this, your place is a disgrace.

I mean, its a Macdonalds. Fast food in a nut shell.
Two of my double cheese got no cheese. And one of the two had one full meat patty and a little tiny piece of meat. The manager did not apologize or anything. The service was horrible. The fact i went in drive thru and still had to go in the store was ridiculous. Will not be returning to this one anytime soon

This McDonald’s seriously needs to be investigated by corporate. I live in the area and every time I go to this McDonald’s it’s always something. Everyone needs to be fired from the top down. I don’t even waste my time even thinking about eating here. It worse at night. Night shift? Forget about it. Just starve! Lazy lazy lazy!
