Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Ordered two Hot & Spicy McChickens late at night—one had rotten chicken and the other had no chicken at all. Staff seemed lazy, food was old, and I ended up with nothing to eat. Definitely not recommended.

This place is a joke... Extremely rude customer service. The management should really pay attention to who they're hiring. Respect is lost on this generation or proper customer service. Clearly McDonald's is hiring whoever now. I literally had to sit there and listen to a conversation between two girls talking about the guys they slept with the night prior. Don't get me wrong. I'm all for a good time but you don't need to sit there and act like trash especially when you have customers in your drive-thru and you leave your window wide open. At least close it.... If you plan on ordering delivery from this fine establishment be ready to have all of your orders done wrong. Missing fries, missing drinks, missing toys for the kids, missing dips. I was even missing a whole burger patty which is bonkers to me. Yes I'm a parent that gets lazy and orders from doordash or from the McDonald's app from time to time, this last time just happened to be the breaking point. If you happen to be so lucky as to visit this place in person... You'll probably be able to tell pretty quick as to what I'm talking about. Also, if you go through their drive-thru their screens are broken so you can't even see what you're ordering but they still take orders. It's been like that for months. It's possible I'm over exaggerating a little bit. Might be weeks but still.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my whole life and in all of the countries of the worlds… they got me waiting 15 minutes on counter for 2 iced vanilla coffees and when they gave me the coffees the guy casually mentions they’re out of straw, keep in mind that’s a McDonalds on a highway. Also the toilet was so messed up I went inside the mens toilet and there was toilet towels everywhere my shoes where covered by the toilet towels but needed to go… it is literally the worst and other customers were also complaining about the waiting time for drinks not even food, the employees treat like this restaurant is theirs and they casually interrupt customers just to order from their colleagues some break snacks. That’s absolutely horrible!

They mess up a lot, they are slow and the workers usually are rude. But everyone once in a while I’ll get a really nice worker. Kevin is the sweetest worker i have ever met at a fast food place! 3 stars because Kevin without him it would be less.

I ordered 2 regular burgers. I received plain burger(no ketchup or pickles) and a cheeseburger. There was a problem in the order for the person ahead of me. Never going back!
food cold no extra cheese or tarter despite these being menuts choices. at least microwave for 20 secs for the illusion of heat dip fries also for 35 sec to give illusion of fresh fried..watch ur sales go up.give a crew person 10 min leave if they do this improve ur workforce.. what what would u do if u receive bare minmum cold food

Update: Decided to try this McDonald's again after 2 years. Ordered a double quarter pounder and the one I got must've been sitting out for an hour. Bone dry and the bun was rock hard. Fries looked like they don't clean their oil or equipment where they keep the fries hot. Go to another McDonald's this one is still very subpar. Only kept 2 stars due to the friendly employees I dealt with.
It's mostly below average. Had multiple trips where they had forgotten food or food wasn't hot. Sometimes, you get an average order where you get everything, but the food is just average. I would go out of the way to go to a different McDonald's.
